A LOT OF DAMAGE to my yard from K&K Towing and deceptive practices. The driver pulled a car that slid onto the slick bank off my driveway approximately 11 feet. After Ron pulled the car back onto the concrete he said "you spoke to a new dispatcher that doesn't understand pricing so the $125.00 she quoted you isn't correct the price is actually $250.00". He DOUBLED the price once the job was done. I wasn't happy about the false bait and hook style of their business, but I was stuck with his decision.Next he backed down my driveway and went way off into the yard and caused all of the damage in the pictures below. His "dispatcher Jodi" called me 5 minutes after the damage and said that they would take care of the damage. The next day I reached back out to Jodi and she sent me a text that she was trying to figure it out and would get back to me shortly. I waited several hours and offered the neighborhood yard guy to fix it and she said that "I should turn it into my home owners insurance because they were not going to pay for it". I then got a call from the driver Ron, and he said "don't reach out to my GIRLFRIEND Jodi again... she told you that WE are not going to pay for the damage and if I called either of them again that I would be sorry"!!Service: Car towing

Unfortunately one of Georgia’s lovely roadways took a bite out of my new tires today.After using my app to request roadside service, I thought all was ok. After 3 calls to my insurance provider and the tow company, I began looking around on Google and Yelp. After 3 hours of waiting and my morning ruined, it was time to call someone else.I called K & K. A very pleasant woman answered the phone, I described my situation and she told me that she could have someone to me in 30 minutes!! This was a no brainer. She asked the basic information and we got off the phone.17 minutes later, yes 17, D.J. arrived, had my vehicle loaded up and ready to go! In less than 30 minutes, I was very pleased with their service! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a tow service!Thanks Again D.J.

I called K & K Towing. Ron gave me a $160 quote, for a 14 mile, local tow on Sunday afternoon. If I left the cash in the glove box and key under the mat, he wouldn't bust my balls if I went over the miles. I like doing business like that. My regular tow company is temporarily closed because Brandon made gasoline $5 a gallon. Now I have a backup tow company. Thank you guysService: Car towing

These people are truly caring, understandable, not to mention thoughtful! The tow truck Oprtr. Cleaned up after our accident so well and was so professional.The next day I go to get my belongings from my totalled vehicle and the sweet lady had already collected and gathered all my stuff and ready to just go. These are some good folks at K&K Towing!!!

I called K&K after waiting on AAA to find someone for 5 hours. The woman who answered the phone told me they didn't have anyone available, but she didn't leave it at that. She went the extra mile and not only recommended another company, but called the owner to see if he could help me out. She passed along my number and her recommendation was terrific. K & K towing saved my life this morning. He was to my car in 10 minutes and was extremely fair on prices. $60 to hook up and only +$4/mile. The whole tow only costed me $74. Other places were quoting me near $200 for the exact same ride. Super thankful for this honest and friendly business! These guys are amazing!I would recommend them to anyone!No It was not what I expected!! Wouldn't watch again! Sadly.They didn't lift my truck up and lift it over therefore it bent one of my rims! Very expensive!!!! The guy working with them suggested it! That didn't happen. You were nice! But nice doesn't take care of my transportation! Plus cost!

I have been around cars my whole life and I have owned 4 BMW’s...so I get towed a lot! K&K Towing and Recovery’s team of two, showed up VERY fast, had my car on the flat bed and then gave me and my car THE most pleasant ride to my mechanic’s shop all in the matter of about 45 min! Called today after a spark plug removal went wrong, Chad (I believe was his name) arrived promptly even though I called last minute. He was friendly and gave me a ride to the shop my car was being towed to. Will use these guys again, but I hopefully won't have to!
