Today was the second time in six months Kell Towing saved the day for me. Both times they arrived and took care of business after Triple "A" scheduled Ace Towing for my roadside assistance and they didn't show up. If you use Triple "A" and want good service that's reliable, request KELL TOWING and tell them to send Harvey if he's not busy. You won't be sorry 🙂 Thank you so much.Service: Battery service

This company was assigned to me by my insurance roadside assistance. There was a 2.5 hour wait time, but we could not wait with our vehicle, so we left the keys in the car as instructed. About 5 hours later, we called because we had heard nothing from them, they claimed my insurance company cancelled the tow. After calling my insurance company, they said it was still active and no one had attempted to cancel. So I left my car on the side of a very busy and dangerous highway, with the keys inside of the vehicle, just for them to never show. My insurance had to reach out to another company. This is very shady business practice.

The driver would not give me a business card. They were towing my car. When I went to get some stuff out of my car at their lot, I found out that no one was there and that I need to set up an appointment. I set up an appointment for the next day at 3pm. At 4:45pm someone showed up. After 3 more call to find out where they were, each time being told that the person was 5 - 10 minutes away. That person told me he was on a call, but he show up eating takeout in his personal car. He also was on his phone with his wife almost the entire time.

They were very friendly & helpfull! My fiance was in a accident thank God he was ok but black beauty wasn't so lucky! You can always replace material things can be replaced, loved 1's can not!

Once they got the contract the driver was here quickly. He was awesome and got it hooked up fast. I will be using their service again if the need arises!

Called last night and was quoted 115$ "give or take" My husband called back this morning to get a more definitive price in which he was told 130$. Okay. Called back 3 hours later to set up the services and got requoted 225$

I had two trucks stuck in the mud and sand behind my house, AAA sent Kell to pull them out. The man was great getting them. Knew his job and did it well! Thanks to him and Kell Recovery

They picked up my car 2 hours after I had broke down and was told I had 24 hours at least to get it before it would be towed. They left no contact information for me when I arrived to get it a few hours later. I had to call multiple tow companies in the area before finally finding my car. No ine even tried to contact me then they charged an insane storage fee. Worst company ever

I was stranded last night after 10pm and AAA called Kell Recovery to tow me from the side of a pitch black road. Kell's driver lied multiple times about his ETA. Kept saying he was 5 mins away or right around the corner and then he just never showed up. AAA couldn't even reach Kell"s. Neither could the Santa Rosa Sheriffs office who stopped to check on me while stranded. They list their business being open 24/7. It's not. Their FB page has multiple reviews were they agreed to tow someone LATE AT NIGHT recently and just left them there. I waited 4 hours and 40 mins before walking back to where Im staying at 2:40am. You are better off walking than calling Kell Recovery.Services: Local hauling, Car towing
