    Called about 5 minutes before they were closing & lady I talked to ended up being a big C**t! I knew everything I needed to except something about “redlined “(?) & she literally acted like I was dumb when I asked her what she meant by that & told me she couldn’t help me instead of explaining it to me!!!🤔🤨🤨🤨

    Had a hard time picking up a part. Due to covid front doors were locked. Phone number directed me to e call center....not much help. Tried a second number and finally directed to the rear of warehouse where my part was waiting for me.
