Filled out a credit app online sent the salesman everything he needed. He ghosted me for multiple days when I constantly asked for photos of the vehicle and any information as I also have to work. This went on for 4 or 5 days with little responses. I asked for pictures inside and out and if I got approved. He said I was approved and I asked what the payment was so I can get everything ready he told me to come down so I did so I can look at numbers and do a test drive and this is what I was brought out to. Never in my life if I had a deal working on a customer would I take them to something like this. I would have it detailed right away. Smelled like cigarettes and the engine knocks and is covered in oil. This is for a 2012 ram on their website that has only a stock photo so be ware. Robert Austin is a horrible salesman with horrible customer service.

Vanessa was the best in helping us find something that fit our budget and specific needs. She was patient and kind and worked hard to make everything perfect! This is the second time we have worked with her specifically and won’t go to anyone else.

I came to Lithia Toyota today to refinance my car, and or to explore my options. I bought my car at a Toyota dealership on Washington state, where I was taken advantage of, and left in a contract I was extremely unhappy with.. For the past year, I have tried to work out the problems I had with the original dealership, but kept running into problems, and people who just didn’t care.On my visit today, Juan was quick to listen to what I was looking for “end of lease/ refinancing my current car”. He was kind, educated, and was not pushy at all. We never even discussed anything other than what I had come for.He was able to get me exactly what I wanted, and then some ! His team was extremely kind as well, very thorough, and took the time to break things down for me and explain them in a way I understood. I left there feeling confident, satisfied, and with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders !I know there is a lot of skepticism with some Lithia’s in town, but today was an eye opening experience, that you can have a great experience, with people who do care !If you are considering buying a new vehicle, or exploring your options, but are scared, or feel uneducated, I fully put my trust in this location to take care of you ! Dan Bridgeman is the man. He is the best service advisor. He goes above and beyond. He is amazing and always gives me updates. Gets stuff done and always is nice and returns my calls. ASSET TO THE COMPANY!!! However the upper management is not. I've requested Calls back because of some issues I've had and never get a returned call. I'm give 5 stars for Dan and the techs.

My experience with buying a car so far has been super pleasant. They're charging at MSRP on all vehicles while dealers near Travis AFB are charging 5k over MSRP for hybrids because they know people are trying to save on gas right now. Lana is my sales rep and she has been so helpful. I'm sure this will continue through the rest of the sale when my vehicle comes in this month and I will update with my satisfaction :)Y'all are doing great and I'm glad to see you aren't price gouging! This is how you build customer relations and get repeat customers.

My 2006 Lexus RX400h broke down and was towed to this service center and was diagnosed with an over $10,000 repair. We decided to sign the title over and have them send the car to the salvage yard. The next day Service Manager Joe Funk called me up and told me he had done additional research and found out there was a recall on the car that might fix the problem. He reached out to Kendall Lexus of Eugene and they towed the car on their dime and fixed the car!! This service center and their staff went way beyond the call of duty to take care of my situation and I am happily driving my repaired car again!

Our car had a recall fixed at a different dealer. We were passing through and realized the other dealer screwed it up. These guys put us at the front of the line and got us back on the road. Great people in the shop!

On 2/14/22 we drove a 2022 Toyota Venza and considered purchasing it but the color was not our choice. We returned the next day and found the color we wanted had been delivered but the 2 fellas we had worked with were off. I want to give a shout out to Sales Desk Mgr, Tim Boozer.He stepped in and worked hard to give us a good deal. He remained calm even though I was stressed and that was very much appreciated.
