Klein Recycling picked up my junk car and gave me cash for it - right on the spot. It was so quick and easy, it didn’t take more than 15 mins and the guy was so friendly! He took off my plates since I didn’t have the tools for it. Definitely recommend!

100% positive experience. The guy answering phones at Klein was courteous, professional and helped me with my questions. Frank (the tow truck/flatbed operator) and his helper were very patient with me when we had an issue getting my vehicle on the flatbed (due to my backyard being very small) - they really went the extra mile, helping my son position our vehicle correctly. I was told they would arrive between 11:00 and 3:00 on a Saturday; they called me at 10:45 to say they were on the way, and arrived at my apartment around 11:05. Took about 20 minutes to get the car on the flatbed, even with the added difficulties.In addition, the quote Klein gave me for my old, beat-up Durango was almost TWICE as much money as any other “cash for cars” place I called. I was *sure* they would show up and offer me less than the website quote - but to my surprise they stood by their word and paid me the full amount. No haggling; no stress. They took a quick look at the vehicle, paid me in cash and provided a receipt.Really a great experience overall. In the future, I’ll definitely be recommending this company - and “Peddle”, the car-selling website - to anyone who is in need of this type of service. I’d give six stars if I could. :-)
