Very bad service I would never pay for a vehicle at this branch ever again. The attitude I received from the young lady was disgusting I just laughed so I wouldn’t get out of character.

Great cars both clean title and salvage at low prices.

The money they make on these cars you think they would do a better job taking care of people that pay these prices!!! Now you have to make an appointment to get your car!! Like really ?? Can’t talk to anyone. The office is like prison. What happened to customer service?? Came here early in the morning to find out I have to wait all day to get my car!! Where does it say on line that is what you have to do????

Customer service is not a high priority. It's amazing the staff can handle the chaos.

I am an official dealer in Florida /GROUP M&J AUTOSALES....I want to give 1000 thanks to that Copart / Sommerville office and especially to JUAN/MANAGER YARD ...I was very surprised by his professionalism that he did with me ....I comment ...I bought a vehicle in this office themselves damaged my vehicle and they called me to say that there was an accident with my car ....And in the end they called me to say we can pay damages done ...I was really very surprised because with Those copart offices I always fight almost every day ...But to this office I give 10 STARSplease keep it that way and keep those people so professional in their offices!!!!!!THANK YOU !!!Group M&J Inc.🚘

I was speaking with someone at this location because I purchased a vehicle and title is pending. I said I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle if title was pending because of a previous purchase from 2020 which I still haven't received the title. The representative hung up in my ear. It dont matter what time of the day you call the supervisor is always busy and will never return your call. The employees at Copart are very rude.

A very smooth proces; from waiting your trun to viewing the vehicles, able to view as many but, cut off is 30 min. Need to be a member and sin up and bid online. They have cars, trucks, bikes, boats etc, do your homework in regards to the one you look for. Condition, miles, view in person, engine, interior, exterior, title, demand and then bid. Good luck!!

Called in checking the status of a scheduled pick up for my car and all i received was an attitude from the lady. Based off other reviews this is a common issue. Definitely unprofessional.

I visited Copart to retain my personal items from my car that was flooded and did this prior to the date of when I was told the inspection happens. While waiting for almost two hours they did the inspection and took several of my personal items from my car and refuse to address this issue. If you can do anything please do not use this facility as they are a bunch of liars and manipulators.

After downloading the app for a transporters because I am a transporter, i’ve been to this facility three times in Somerville New Jersey. Each time I was not on time I was either Early or running a bit behind I asked to speak to Charles eichman or Kenneth Hopkins This lady Nancy told me that they are on lunchI’ve been trying to reach them for a long time to try to confirm a pick up because their representatives don’t answer . Other facilities have answered and told me to go and speak to them in person so that’s what I did the results I was not able to pick up the car they wanted me to wait 4 hours Now I have to cancel the job which will make my customer angry also no one wanted to pick up my customers car because it was from this company the guy told me on the phone no one wants to pick up this car because this facility it’s not recommended If you are a transporter do not deal with these people in Somerville anywhere else is good but not this one not Somerville New Jersey
