Front guy forgets everything failed to follow all agreed. Part wasn't removed because he forgot even after confirming by call few times and providing payment info. Give the guy a sticky note or something at least so he can remember.

So my family and I left out this morning at 9:10 am this morning and got here at around 10:30 am and we didn't leave the yard till 2:30 pm. I am beyond disgusted with the young folks that work there they refused to stop there lunch break to help my spouse find the vehicle that had my car part. Until they heard my additude and my tone of voice. Like seriously. I've got kids in the car and all 3 had to pee a long with my self and sitting for 4 hrs wait to find the vehicle with are part and then to pull it out is flipping reculous. I called the night before they should of already had it pulled out for me. It just sucks that we git treated like this due to my car's part shortage. The old guy with the cane though was very sweet and kind and he was the one I talked to last night and I wouldn't be of expected him to have pulled the part due to him having to use a cane to get around. Come on u younger generation get ur crud together.

Drove over an hour to this place, spend $125 on 2 parts, asked if I could take the newspaper one of the dirty parts was sitting on, picked up their shipping tape dispenser to tape the newspaper so it wouldn't fall off, Guy at the counter says " I said you coukd take the paper, I didn't say you could tape it all up". Guy sitting beside the counter says to me " "Tapes expensive Lady!" Are you KIDDING ME???! I pay you over $100 for parts and you can't give me 2 pcs of tape to wrap the greasy part I just bought??.! Great Customer Service these 2 have! UNBELIEVABLE! People are just amazing. HATEFUL & SELF SERVING
