over 12 hours waiting on a vehicle to be towed off property and still wasnt towed. We've used these folks several times and it'll be the last. Never had a problem till this call and no one at that location seemed to care. Thats too bad the other company got the money.

My son’s tire blew out on I-40 and the most wonderful gentleman, Gary, from Koch showed up quickly and took great care of my son. The spare tire was NOT easy to get to, but Gary persisted and got my son back on his way to move to college. He even allowed me to come pick up the blown tire the next day since my son’s truck was loaded down with all his belongings. Great guy and fabulous service. Greg was amazing! He was a huge blessing in helping me get my car back. He worked with me and was very understanding! I have never had such a positive experience with getting my car towed. I had lost my keys and my windows were down when my car was towed. He covered my windows while my car was impounded so it wouldn't rain in my car. God bless him!
