. My nephews truck had issues. Diagnostic was quoted $40. The mechanic ( Amazing, honest West Side Motor, Morrilton AR) spent hours. Repairing wires under dash. So his Diagnostic machine could read the problem. Finding it was the transmission control module. Mechanic was unable to repair due to dealership only ( part or programming I'm not sure) he spent hours. When he diagnosed the problem. He said no charge due to he was unable to fix it 🤔 He has allowed us to leave it there until we are able to do something with it. All for no charge. I believe 💯in karma, God smack whatever you want to call it. My nephew is between jobs due to covid and transportation. This mechanic has 1 month waiting. Has people from surrounding counties waiting on his quality work. We will be paying him something when we pick up the truck.

You just can't find better! Service is great and fees for service are beyond fair and reasonable. Won't take my families car anywhere else.

I've been using a different auto repair facility for many years not realizing how badly they were ripping me off with exorbitant fees. My son recommended Westside Auto and I tried them. Wow! Great integrity, reasonable prices, stand behind their work, no hidden fees. What a difference! I highly recommend Westside to anyone that is tired of getting ripped by unscrupulous repair shops.

I was going from Georgia to Oklahoma because they gave my mother 2 weeks to live. I stopped for my last full up in this little town and my car broke down. My brothers came to get me and rush me to Tulsa, Oklahoma to get to my mother and I left my vehicle there. I called and had my car towed to Westside Auto..not knowing who they were or their credibility. They kept my car for the 2 weeks I was in Oklahoma while I spent the last days with my mother and held her hand as she took her last breath. We went on to prepare her funeral and when it was time for me to head back to Georgia..I went there and my car was fixed. Not only was it fixed but the estimate they gave was alot less. I don't know if it was on purpose because he knew what had happend..but it was and with me being out of work for 2 weeks it really blessed me in a BIG way. They promised my car would be okay and they would fix it without ever seeing me and they followed through and then some! I am so thankful and grateful for this company that was put on this path I did NOT even want to take. So I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone looking for someone to take care of themThey were honest with me, followed through and then better. Thank you so much to the crew at Westside Auto! I will constantly give you praise to whomever and wherever! THANK YOU FROM A GREATFUL DAUGHTER in a time of desperate need!!!!

Great place to get your repairs done! Hometown feel with knowledgeable mechanics. They gave me a fist class experience. I have a new go to auto shop.

Heard they were the best around and they stay extremely busy so I'm hoping this is true. What I can say is they are friendly and helpful and don't charge storage for your car waiting in line
