Food was good, service was great. Employees were very friendly. The eating area was not very nice or clean. The bloody Mary’s were terrible and not drinkable. But burgers and breakfast were great. Just avoid the Bloody Mary and you will be fine.

The picture that you see is the back of one of the buns on one of the crystal burgers that I was given. That's several layers of flour that shouldn't be there.I ordered from doordash and my order was for a sackful cheese combo with 12 Crystal burgers and french fries and tots. In addition to that, my party and I ordered chili cheese party tots. Instead of being given what I ordered, I was given five burgers with bacon ( I did not order them with bacon) and four corn dogs ( which we do not eat). Also, the chili cheese tots came as fries instead which is not what I ordered. Every time I order from this location there's always a major problem. I recommend that you order in person and if you do make sure you check your bag before you walk away from the counter. This place needs better management and better staff.

I haven't been to Krystal in a while, and I was not disappointed! My wife and I both talked about how our food was prepared fresh and hot. It made our experience better. Just because this location is one Bourbon Street, do not discount their for their service and freshness. We were impressed. We shared the 4 Krystals combo. I'd definitely go back.

This is a great place to eat when you're on Bourbon and want a quick bite. I love their frozen hurricane drinks.

First, you must understand, there are no White Castles in the state of LA....Is Krystal at 3am, after a night on Bourbon St. EVER a good idea? NO! But do I stop in on almost every trip to NOLA...? Yes...and I pay for it dearly the next morning....and afternoon....and evening! They now have booze...lol....just what people eating Krystal need. If you are eating Krystal, you have already had enough booze!

So, its open 24 hours it was crowded, but it didn't take long to get my food. My chicken sandwich tasted so good. and I enjoyed my mimosas. Perfect place to grab a quick bite and a drink. Definitely make a stop here if you want to walk, eat and drink.

Nasty! Horrible! Terrible! All the burgers AND the fries were cold, soggy, and stuck together like they had been sitting since yesterday. The hotdogs were cold and had turned brown with no mustard on them. The drink was completely watered down as if they had made it a couple hours before and just let the ice melt. And they didn't even provide a straw. My milkshake was missing from my order also. These people should be ashamed of themselves. You didn't see that this food was expired before you bagged it up? Krystal is usually a good restaurant, but this one is stanky, funky, and dirty. Never again!

This place is awful and the people working there are RUDE. Only item we received hot was tater tots. The burgers were inedible. May only be decent if extremely drunk. Employees had the nerve to ask for a tip after telling us that they wouldn't take the pickle off the burger.Also expensive. Could've gotten a decent po boy at any other spot for what we paid for 2 combos, about 13 each. I get it's the city and it cost more, but for bad service and bad food way to much.

The only Krystal I have ever seen with alcohol! Got a blue raspberry slush with rum and it was awesome. Good fast food with tons of options for drinks to go with.

1:00 in the morning and we waited an additional 15 minutes on two chicken sandwiches that I never got. I ended up getting an additional order of wings that I already had. Got to my car not satisfied and still hungry due to the fact that the wings were spicy and I couldn't eat it The lack of communication between the employees was obvious.
