The lady working behind the counter is extremely rude and makes her own rules for this place. I am a long time customer and have been turned away many times before 3 pm because they were closing soon. But I continue going back just adjusting my schedule to accommodate hers. Her latest closing time for us was be across the scales by 2:45 or they won't accept the load so I made sure I was there in time which was exactly 2:35 because as she was screaming in front of other customers "You know better" waving her hands telling me to go she wasn't taking it , I looked at my phone then to check the time. The other employees couldn't be nicer and are extremely helpful but this lady has serious issues and is costing this company lots of money. I've spoken with several others who have been turned away before 3 pm and all have the same opinion. of her. I passed two full loads leaving their yard on Friday before 3 pm after I was turned away so that's 3 full truck and trailer loads of steel and copper she cost this company . I had a trailer load of steel and over 200 pounds of number 1 clean copper that will now be hauled to Jackson and every load here after to avoid this lady.

When I was there last. It was mom and son and someone running the loader on the lot. And I had a big ac unit and cans I didn't throw of in the yard. Because any body that knows about scrap knows you sell that separate and I said something about getting ripped off and the son told me to load my ac and cans and leave his place and never come back.

The lady who was working inside handling customer service was the rudest human being ive ever encountered, saw on google that they closed at 3:30 but I called ahead just to verify and was told that they close at 2 instead so I rushed there and luckily managed to get there 5 minutes before closing but before I could even get out of my truck the lady in the building was shaking her head and waving her hands all around mouthing no at me so I got out to see what was going on and she rudely yelled at me to turn around that they didn't wanna offload me because they were closing soon, i only brought 4 items with me that could have been offloaded in 5 minutes or less, I embarrassingly admitted to her that I wouldn't have the gas money to make it back home if I wasn't able to sell my scrap hoping that she'd show any simblance of kindness but before i could even finish my scentence she yelled not my problem and told me to go. It was one of the most demeaning moments of my life, id rather wrench my teeth out one by one than ever give a single dollar to a business where someone as rude and heartless as that works.

Who owns this place? They need to re-train their employees! Customer service is essential in growing a business...!

If you want poor prices and even worse customer service, I'll recommend this place. Usually, you'll sacrifice 1 for the other. Not here!! My ex mother in law was more pleasant

The woman at the window is really hateful just about everytime we go there ! She chewed my wife out for not having her i d out and ready ,and it didn't take my wife but a minute to get it out and hand it to the Lady ! Yall need to get some better help up there or at least someone that want be so hateful please ? From - Mike whatley

They show that they are open till 3:30pm today 07 02 2021. We just left there and they are closed. Not. There is another scrap yard in magee. very professional. Thank goodness

Well last visit we had to sit and wait on them being slow as Christmas do something eles with the can thing before finally after sitting in 85 degree heat for 45 minutes no lie they finally got our cans wow! Get some faster better workers!
