They were supposed to pick my car up last week called today said they were going to pick it up still did not show up to get it if they come out tomorrow I may change my mind about them somewhat but not right now

If you like car parts you will feel like a kid in a candy shop. You might find candy there too but I don't recommend eating it 😄 $2 entry parts are priced low. Friendly staff and a few extras can be found in the office area. Yard sale rooms and convenient restroom. Oh tires there start around $15 And if u can't find what you need they are selling cars out front to replace your old broke down Betty.

Gave two different quotes and amount was agreed upon both times. The owner approved the amount then when tow truck driver arrived tried to nickle and dime my wife all because she was female and the owner also refused to give his info. Told his employee not to give out his name but little does he know it's 2024 it's not hard to find people. They are vindictive and lie. I'll be surprised if they are open much longer , the way they try to take advantage of women. It's insulting and very unprofessional. But got his info in the long run when the empluyee showed the text to us from him. Idiots

I will give them a three because they usually have what I need. But with that being said the lady at the window is not helpful at all and actually kind of rude!

I bought an entire engine that comes with accessories from them they forgot to put the accessories on with the motor the first time I came I live an hour 45 minutes away I come back up to get my accessories and they only have half of them didn't get a refund or nothing

They won't let reviews on their page so I will let yall know the L and L U Pull in kings mountain, the front desk is very unprofessional. Wasted my time yesterday waiting on the tow truck around 9 am to about 2 pm until I finally gave them a call and the front desk said their tow truck is broke down. Idk why they didn't call me to lmk so I told them tomorrow will work give me a call when yall can get it. I call around 10 am today and no answer straight to voice mail so i called wheelzy to update me on my offer and the tow truck finally answered their calls (ofcourse) and when she spoke to me she was rude and hung up on me. Waste of time and energy on this company. 10 out of 10 DON'T recommend.

I was looking for some wheels for my Mustang GT. The girl in the office was nice and helpful. She gave me directions to where the cars were. Unfortunately they didn't have what I was looking for. I will keep in touch with them.

They showed inventory on my Toyota however after paying the lot fee "a couple of bucks not that much" they knew what they had on site & could've saved my time & not sent me a a ghost hunt for the vehicle. Not to mention the other two guys on the lot told me they'd just left the other lot after the same situation happened to them & they'd wasted over 1hr waiting on them in the office just to be told they didn't have that car in stock any longer. Then they couldn't locate the car on the you pull it yourself lot either after looking for 45 minutes. I understand parts disappearing or not being on a vehicle but not knowing if you even have the type of car on the lot is different. Step up so my time isn't wasted next time, please

They came to my location to pick up a cat I sold to them and wrote me a check. Three days later I decide to go cash it at Wal-Mart and they denied there check. It's Sunday so we will find out why tomorrow. So now this trip has costed me time and money. Maybe come Monday morning after I talk to someone I can get back on here and leave a better review. As for now I'm not happy at all.

Good variety of wrecks to choose from and reasonable prices.

Love this place. For a man who's idea of a relaxing day is rummaging through other people's junk this place is paradise. A huge yard and you can't beat the prices. The staff is great and very helpful. Only cost a couple bucks to get in. Pack a lunch and take your time.

Great place to get lost in thought looking for auto and other parts. They do their best to keep the mud down and offer wheel barrels to haul your tools and parts you get. It saves you money by pulling your own part and you can get all your cussing and kinks worked out there so you are calm and look professional installing your new part on your vehicle in front of the wife haha. Love this place. Highly recommend. Jerry

I went there looking for lawn mower parts mostly stripped down. Don't have many newer model vehicles. People was nice and answer my questions. That is the reason I give it a 3 stars for the workers

Run run run. Was forced to buy a trailer that I did not want. I told them I did not want it before being given a receipt or bill of sale, but they refused to hand me back my cash so I was left with it. Its flaws were not described in their marketplace post. Tires had tread showing and unsafe to pull an hour home. Strong arming people to buy something is not good business.

Bought a motor here and was told we had 30 days to return for refund if needed. Asked the lady that we paid twice to be sure. Turns out motor didn't work so brought it back 3 weeks later to be told that we can only get store credit. Um, that is not what we were told and why do I want store credit when I already bought a new motor that runs from another place! Oh and the store credit is only good for 6 months! What a joke. These people are crooks and I am a mechanic and promise to tell everyone I know to go anywhere but here!!!!

I was pleased with my experience at the U-Pull-It place. Their prices are reasonable. The people were friendly. I was able to get what I needed without spending too much money. I will definitely return when I need another part, or just to browse around. They have a variety of stuff. From used car parts, to furniture, clothing, toys, collectables, tires and rims, shoes. They even have a public restroom. Yes, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great staff, clean yard, organized, fair prices. Come to think about it, can't say anything bad about my experience's there and I've been going for years! Highly recommended!

Stay away how are they still inn buisness !

I like the place so far. I have been their twice now. They have a good variety of cars mostly 90s early 2000 stuff. I drive older gm products. I have found the staff very friendly. If I don't find what I want I ask and usually get at least an update. Prices have been really great so far.
- AAdam L Hamrick
They have a good variety of cars. Some you don't see everyday. But the prices are high on most things. Some are in line with other U Pulls. For instance, I needed two shade covers for the back of two Explorers. Was told $45. When I said one was broken, I was told $34 and you won't find a better price. I went to a Pull-A-Part in Charlotte and got the same thing, in even better condition, for $12.95 for 1 shade. I drove a little further but found a better price. It takes a long time at check out, the staff is doing something on the computer. Needs to know what year and model the part came from, but they don't inventory the parts? Are they looking prices up on eBay? They do offer debit card payment, which is great. The staff seems nice enough. And the younger guy that sits at the desk has always been very friendly. I just wish they'd come down on some of the prices and lift the cars off the ground, as you can't get to some of the parts. I'd probably only return if I can't find my part at Auto Parts Shelby or a U Pull in Charlotte.

Great place to go for U-Pull-It Auto parts... No place has every single thing you'll ever need but this is a great place to shop for used parts 😉👍
- DDrew B.
Don't trust the price list. There seems to always be a reason why whatever you pulled will cost more (it's nice, it's classic, it's larger than a regular one, etc). Of course, you find this out at checkout AFTER you already put in the work to pull it and brought it to checkout, even though you asked for prices at checkin and they referred you to the price list on the website. Also, they have no idea who's on the yard. I went to check out and was threatened that they'd call the cops if I ever snuck in again. Then I showed them where I'd signed in the log and paid my fees when someone else was at the desk. "Oh, well, she didn't tell me when she left and she's been gone almost two hours." Yeah... that's what the log is for and I've been out there 3-1/2 hours pulling these parts that you're about to price above your list.

Went to pick a part was told they had it and it would cost $10. I ran around trying to find the part then when I went to check out they ran the price of a radio up by $35 of the original price. When asked why others were $10 and mine was $45 he became enraged. Continued to go on and say that basically it’s 45 dollars because we went out there and picked it ourselves when the nicer ones that won’t fit my car are only $10. Terrible man never going to another one of his businesses again.
- DDale Mccurry
Got a radiator it was half clogged up they will take it back but want to give you store credits instead of your money back I didn't need anything from the store so that's 37 dollars shot to hell
- AAmy Mayberry
This the pull-a-parts place for me for sure. They have a wide variety of Vehicles With new arrivals Daily. The staff there are friendly and knowledgeable. They not only have almost any part you need, they also buy scrape metal:with the option to pick up big loads, whole cars: with the option to pick them up, and they even have a consignment shop on location. The used parts lot is best and organized which makes it easy to find what you need. They also offer cart and wheelberrel rental. You do need to bring your own tools but if you are local to the area and need parts here's your one stop shop. They even will warrant their parts. I'm actually going back there today.

First off it is like a graveyard there the weeds are grown up so much i was slightly worried if i might get bite by something. 2nd it needs to be cleaned up some someone could really get hurt and possibly sue the company so id be considering that. 3rd:I do like the little consignment store located inside i do plan on going back and buying a few items i seen. 4th: the prices arent bad and the guy working that day Mike was nice
- SScotty Gosnell
Drove down from Asheville very friendly people and had all the parts I needed at reasonable price and even got a free shirt when you spend over $100 bucks definitely will be back
