First-time caller, business has shitty service, called 3 times, two calls straight to voicemail. When I waited an hour, the third call, the lady behind the desk answered me rudely. I asked a straightforward question, and she said, “I told you before we don’t do that”. I told her, “This is our first time talking to each other.” She said with a attitude “I saw you called the business an hour ago”. I said this was the first time getting an answer, and she immediately hung up on me.

Whoever the lady was that answered the phone just now was very rude, didn’t answer my questions I had and she just only kept saying that they don’t sell parts. I asked a question to clarify something and she hung up on me. Unprofessional and this was my first impression of this place.

Called to get information and the entire management was rude. A lady and man answered the phone rudely and hung up numerous times. This is a constant occurrence with multiple people and they need to be out of that office immediately. I will be contacting the state and police on this location
