Created a hazardous situation truck ripped a wire while driving with dumper up and left a live wire on my property without reporting it and was very short and rude on phone without any solution. Company is unprofessional, waiting for another company to hire unfortunately this is the only option. Service: Junk removal

I have had no issues with this company. Their customer service department has been friendly, knowledgeable and fast which are all appreciated. They have responded to me by email the same day which was very surprising and again appreciated. I have always called ahead about odd trash removals like couches and chairs and had no issue. We consistently receive excellent service from our waste disposal pick up driver. Despite his early hours, he always has a smile and a wave, has waited kindly a few moments as we've come barreling down the driveway with our cans, just in time, and he has gone the extra mile with picking up some excess garbage we've had after our rescheduled wedding here at the house, etc. Thank you for the great service we receive each week. Late paying 1 bill. No notification that I was overdue. Just stopped picking up my garbage. Called them by 2pm garbage day after I paid my overdue bill with late fees only to be told I have to wait until next week for pick up regardless if I'm overflowing. It would cost extra to send a truck out for an extra pick up... Not customer friendly only tacking on fees!Services: Hazardous waste removal & disposal, Yard debris removal

Lakes Disposal takes advantage of seniors swapping out garbage cans when nobody requested it. Now they are changing to come pick it back up. No proof of authorization or request. I hope Johnsburg and McHenry Township switch back to any other provider.

YES YES YES! I would recommend this company! Janelle in the office has been ready and willing to answer all and any of my questions. She is the one who makes working with this company so very pleasant! In addition everything she says they will do, they do! As far as the service to the house goes, it has been professional, not leaving a mess behind. Never have I had a disagreement with what they pick up or how they pick up my garbage. And their containers are large enough and convenient enough to hold my garbage!When it comes to garbage they pick it up, they don't dole it out! Very Very reasonable prices, too! 5 star all the way!

Excellent Customer Service - We forgot to put our garbage and recycling bins out by the street the other day. When we got home, we realized that the drivers had gone over to our bins and emptied them for us!! This was most appreciated, and we certainly did not expect this type of service. The bins were not near the street, so this took extra effort on their part. We don't know who these guys are, but we hope they are recognized for their excellent customer service!!
