Unfortunately we have no other choices for sanitation removal. Our garbage has been missed twice now and when we call the person answering the phone is rude. She says that we can leave any thing that won't fit on the side of the can. That's not gonna work, the animals in the neighborhood will string it everywhere. There is never any notification when they don't pickup either.Services: Yard debris removal, House & garage cleanouts, Junk removal

Absolutely terrible. They are literally a monopoly and are failing to uphold there contract with the City of McCall, by not maintaining there vehicles and garbage removal in a timely fashion. Wish there was another garbage service here. Totally unprofessional. Service: Junk removal

Very disappointed. They took the recycling drop offs from Cascade and McCall and put a drop off in a central location with business hours, making residents of Valley County have to drive to them so they can make a bigger profit off of our recycling. Damn recycling, fill up the landfills! Let’s destroy our environment. Either way Lakeshore can increase their profits.

Have a dumpster on my lot during my renovations and their truck has been broken down for weeks! So, I'm sitting around waiting for my dumpster to be emptied. Totally unacceptable--unfortunately they're the only disposal service in town.

We live in a condo association. They were called to come and empty our trash during a holiday and we were assured that they would be here. Needless to say, they were a no-show and we had a horrible experience with birds carrying stuff out into the parking lot etc. We had to spend a portion of our vacation moving trash around in order to make our home look better so we didn’t have to worry about other animals coming to visit.

Lakeshore Disposal had not picked up my garbage for over two months. I called them and complained. A week later after calling them back they adjusted my bill and gave me credit for 6 weeks of no pick ups. I am happy with that and hope down the road they will give me the customer care I expect and I will be able to upgrade the review rating.

Forgot my trashcan bc their was a "new person" then they skipped a week bc of the weather, when I called they said "your not past due" now they didnt get my trash AGAIN .. reason being I am pass due.. are you KIDDING me.
