I have been told on 2 different vehicles of mine in the last year that I would need to replace my exhaust (for different reasons) at a cost over $1,000 for each vehicle. Both times, I went to Lambert's. They got me right in, were able to fix both issues and both times It was for less that $150 for the repair. These guys are amazing and honest!! Several friends recommended Lambert’s, as a woman walking into any automotive facility (dealers, mechanics etc.) I always feel like I’m going to get ripped off. However, after going to several different places for quotes (including Dobbs) someone finally listened to me and I didn’t feel like another number or just a dollar sign. My car drives better now than when I drove it off the lot. Lambert’s was great I’m happy I found a mechanic I trust. He pointed out a place on my exhaust pipe that was supposed to be fixed by Carx who put a piece on extremely poorly and had holes in it. Took my car in here based off the other reviews. I took it in for misfiring also mentioned I broke a vacuum hose that I couldn't figure out where it went. I told this place I just changed my spark plugs and coils they are about a month old and that I was 98% sure it was a fuel injector problem, if not that then the fuel pump. I was told they had to get a hose schematic and there was a hose in the air intake that was plugged in wrong. I was charged $300 and was told my car was tested and worked perfectly. I went and picked it up the check engine light was still on and it was blinking before I left the parking lot. The car was barely running and still misfiring. I left it there and left them a message. They then tried saying a coil was bad and they had one for $100 and told my fiancé that I brought it in for the hose issue, not the misfire but they would fix that if we wanted them to. . lied to me and my fiancé about the original diagnosis, as well as the car "running perfectly". I did a contact us off the website but as far as I know they have not reached out. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Completely waste of my time and money. Went three different places that were terrible before I heard about Lamberts. I called in the evening, dropped my car off next morning and it was done by that afternoon. Very professional and knew exactly what they were doing to fix my car correctly. They worked with me and my work schedule to make sure I had my car in time and made my life so easy. Very reasonable price for very great work. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be going there from now on.
