Every time I talk to this place, it’s a run-around. They are always playing you and looking to get the most money out of you with the lowest quality of service possible. Their service department is awful. I’ve been handed keys to my truck saying it’s good to go and I went to leave and looked in the engine compartment before taking off and parts were missing off of my engine. I had to go back in and ask for someone to finish their job before I left. It’s embarrassing. Their warranty of service and parts is a joke. You have to do a lot of work to prove that they messed up before they work with you at all. Their customer service is condescending and lie through omission and shadowing the truth. Go somewhere else for service. And defiantly don’t buy from there.

I'm not a person who enjoys buying a car, it's tedious and typically an absolute chore. Scott made this process so easy for me and my family. We were in and out faster than I thought possible. I didn't get pushed a bunch of extras that were unnecessary, he worked within my comfort level and made the whole process an absolute delight. I can't recommend enough if you are looking for a car and not wanting the used car salesman with a tweed jacket. Ask for Scott!

Absolutely no pressure and everyone was as friendly as a good neighbor! I was so relieved that I didn't have to go through the high stress and crazy games of our past experiences at other dealers. Salesman Tim was very pleasant, fun and knowledgeable.

I bought my car from Ford in KF. In July, I am a single mom, when I drove it prior to purchasing I could hear a clicking noise I asked my sales lady about it and she assured me that it had checked out great and that the clicking was normal for the Durango. I took it in a month later to find out it needed $2000 in repairs, Luckily the warranty covered it after my $200 deductible. I now still have clicking and have to take it back in and have other things wrong with this car, 1500 in repairs on top of the 180 I have had to pay. I have bought all my cars at lithia and have NEVER had any issues till now! I was lied to and sold a pos car. Always always have a vehicle inspected somewhere else before purchasing even from lithia. Thanks for screwing me over!

A little pushy will say what they need to sell and will make you feel like you're getting a good deal but you're not. Their 🚘 are nice the people are nice but seem like they all have the jitters and are all over the place. I'll be going somewhere else to buy my next vehicle

They got me in for an oil change really quickly even though they were swamped. Very friendly service department!!

Sold this old lady a car with tires that needed to be aired up about every two months. Same tire because they rotated them several times. They did nothing until I finally had had a blow out and it became haha they did not want to give me a set of tires car is awd.

I'm disappointed in the service I've gotten over the last couple days. I've been trying to get info, and work a deal on a 2016 F250. I've spoken with 3 different people, and haven't heard from the last person in 24 hours. I know they''re probably more interested in local clients, but I do have a relative that was willing to come look. Been trying to get confirmation on fuel tank size, but no one can seem to figure it out. The VIN is saying one thing, but the sales people are saying another. Also noticed today that the ad has the mileage listed at around 48900, but the picture that was sent to me shows 58,602. Seems that some of the information listed on the ad isn't accurate.

Terrible experience, they lie, cheat, and steal. So to start they sold us an extended warranty told us how great it was come to find out next to no shop will honor their warranty. So they want us to let them drive it 1.5hrs away to a shop and back to do work on it. So we canceled the warranty and went with a different company which we are happy with now, only problem is lithia wouldn't cancel our contract or return any of our dozens of messages until I posted a bad review. Within a day of posting the review they called us and apologized said they would fix everything IF I would take down the bad review. I did, here we are several months later and they still haven't canceled the contract they have been taking money for a service we can use and don't want. If I could rate them less I would. Now our only option seems to be to drive an hour and a half to their dealership to deal with them in person. 🤬
