Not gonna be accepting any more deliveries for this company. Loaded my reefer van and they left it soaked in oil. The forklift driver tried to cover it up but we saw it leaking through the floor boards. Not going back.

Just bought s gas tank from this place. Dealt with Mike Graves on phone. He was EXCELLENT !!! Helped me from start to finish. I explained to him on a Wednesday that it was extremely important that I have tank by Friday, he made it happen. When I went to the yard on Black mud road everything changed. The customer service over there is HORRIBLE. I dealt with this rude lil redhead. She was either just plain ignorant or the rudest person I’ve ever ran across.

Just paid over $2,100 for 2007 transmission and another $600 for labor . And transmission went completely out in the middle of the Hwy . Very embarrassing and inconvenient. Paid another $200 to get the vehicle towed to shop. This is not a good look on this company. Calling tomorrow asap to get a claim in for refund. I WILL KEEP CUSTOMERS IN FORMED ON HOW THIS PLAY OUT .

Twice within 2 weeks we ordered a part and both GUARANTEED deliveries were delayed by 2 days. The customer service is HORRIBLE!!!!

Terrible attitude and lazy. Called and said come in before noon to get part. Got there at 10:30 and they said would not be ready till 1:30. Said it wasn’t their fault we came so early. Walked away, got the part elsewhere.

Has good prices for the car parts. Have never had a problem with them. I fact I'm going Monday to pick up another part I bought yesterday.

This has to be the worst company to rely on for parts if you're in the body shop business. Called to order parts for a vehicle and was told it would be deliver by Friday. Friday came and parts never show up. Called in and was told parts were damaged and couldn't be deliver. Order parts for another build and was told parts would be deliver by Tuesday. Tuesday came and pass and again, no parts. I have had it with these people. NEVER AGAIN!

If you don't need your part(s) in a timely manner, this is the place to go! Ordered part on Friday morning, was told it would be in Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning at the latest. Called Wednesday afternoon, was then told to call back Thursday morning around 9. I guess keeping their own time schedule or word isn't that important to them.
