We got off to a rough start 3 weeks ago due to a misunderstanding. I was having difficulty getting any information about repairs. Thankfully upper management reached out to me and helped to develop a plan. Kudos to David Blankinship, GM, Luke Privett , Service Manager and Sean Montieth Parts Manager. They went over and beyond to insure complete customer satisfaction. The rebuild was extensive and expensive, however their team and mechanics worked tirelessly to insure a wonderful final product! I’m a female owner operator of a 2017 KW t680 tractor ( and trailer) AndI’m here to say that I’m extremely satisfied!!!.I highly recommend the service department and parts department KW Chattanooga TN. 😊😊😊A Big THANK YOU! 👍👍👍👍Thanks Guys for repairing my truck and getting back on Road!!!You’re the Best!!!

Oh yeah. Best salvage yard by far. All the cars are up and blocked. There is no Mud! Cars are Organized and the workers Give you a print out of the part exchange. No need to look up what car you can get apart do you need off of. It’s all done for you

The beauty of LKQ is now gone. Go in there and remove parts for dirt cheap prices, not anymore. They have horrible business practice as they put every mom and pop junkyard out of business in the area by their dirt, cheap prices and now jack their prices up to almost new part prices. They trick you into buying extended warranties on everything. It's becoming a scam. I would recommend searching elsewhere for cheap parts. You do all the work to remove things such as engines and charge you the same price as you can. Just go buy one from another junkyard That's already removed. Also, none of their stuff is tested and verified before you remove it. Therefore, it may be bad and you just done all the work removing it for them and they don't give you completely 100% of your money back either. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!!

Went to LKQ to get a few small things at check out I had washer fluid plastic tank, a blue tooth radio and a rubber hose the guy told me my total was 75.80 now the radio was a Walmart one that cost 25.00 bran new LKQ was wanting $40.00 for it the washer fluid container they wanted $30.00 new on e bay they are $19.00 and for the plastic hoses they wanted $3.50 which was a fair price. I left everything and left just going to order it off eBay way cheaper. I do not recommend LKQ at all very over priced!

Nice itemization of vehicle locations. Some neat old "almost survivors" there as well

This is a junk yard make no mistake. Wear work clothes/shoes bring your own tools. The only thing I wish they would do different is offer some form of light assistance. Me being short it was hard to get to some things but ultimately if you're an amateur mechanic or looking for old car bits this is the place. It's a graveyard of all types of cars and you may just find what you're looking for, we did.

First time ever going here, didn't really know what to do and the guy at the counter was very helpful in giving me instructions on how to go about looking for the type vehicle part I was after. Will be returning again in the future.

Be very sure and precise about the price of what you're getting. You will be told one price and all of that change's at check out. I know about federal taxes but having to pay environmental taxes along with others you haven't heard of. Use your phone when talking to the desk people about the price.

I have gotten Parts here before at a very reasonable price but the new workers now all of a sudden jack up the prices and when you ask them to look they don't but yet give you the price they want to give. Not to mention when I call the telephone number to talk to someone at the 1-800 number they hang up on you! When I go on the website to look at the cars or inventory it shows cars that are not even on the lot but yet it shows they are available!? For a rim and tire BRAND NEW is 100 dollars but one of the guys tried to charge that for a USED RIM AND TIRE! WHAT A JOKE LOL! Where are all of the catalytic converters as well!? I know if a car is just received then the catalytic converters are still on there. I don't know the policy on those but yall need to watch your employees cuz word on the street is that a couple of them are taking all of the valuable catalytic converters and selling them outside of work. What a nice way of doing business!

Everything is good here except when you go to pay. The prices are way more expensive than what they say they are on their web page. At least a 10 dollar difference. And when you say something they try to drop the price. Like they are cutting you a deal of some sort. Lol other than that pretty good place. Pricey parts though.
