I’m very disappointed with my experience at LKQ East Parts in North Carolina. I came specifically to get headlights and arrived early — first in line and first to reach the vehicle. Despite that, the headlights were already gone, along with several other parts that were supposed to be available.<br><br>This shows a lack of organization and inventory control. If parts are listed as available, they should be properly tracked or secured. Customers shouldn’t waste their time coming early only to find out that key parts are missing.<br><br>Management really needs to take better care of inventory and be more respectful of customers’ time and effort. This experience was frustrating, and I hope improvements are made to prevent this from happening again.

Almost always can find the parts I need! Very clean and organized. Yard is well kept. Parts are very reasonable! Ladies in office are friendly and always willing to help! They even offer to pull parts for a small fee which is very convenient and saves time! One of the best yards around!
