LKQ Pick Your Part - Fayetteville JunkYard Reviews
3.6 stars based on 10 reviews- SSamuel Garcia
First time I went the cashier kindly printed out a paper with all the other vehicles they had that had same engine parts were compatible AND their location in the field.Second time (months later) the other cashier just printed a paper with the ONE specific vehicle and it was up to me to use Google search to figure out which other vehicles used the same engine and roam around the yard looking for those other vehicles myself.Four stars because despite the inconsistent customer service, you’re likely to find what you need here 🤷🏻♂️

Expect the following surprises.1. $3 entrance fee. Currently LKQ holds the record for most expensive entrance fee.2. 90 day worry free guarantee. This guarantee is NOT free it is also NOT cheap. Make sure to DECLINE it before you pay.3. Parts are expensive. Most parts are better just buying from a parts store. Always check the price before you pay that entrance fee.4. There is only one location. Anyone north of Atlanta is driving 30min. plus.

Good place to get used auto parts. They have this new thing in their system where they automatically put a warranty on parts. If you don't need/want the warranty let them know at time of check out so they can override it on their system and you are not charged for it.

With minimal guidance on my first visit it took a little bit to get orientated and how they have the cars parked. I asked the civilian for help. I was surprised they charged you an entry fee just to go inside I thought it should be a little ridiculous. It's only like 3 or 4 bucks but you know they should take that off if I actually purchase something in my opinion I mean it's not like the carnival where there's rides or the zoo where I can see cool animals instead I'm looking at junk cars and hoping to have my part. And the third thing I didn't find the prices to be overly cheap or decent. I could have almost bought buy brand new from AutoZone for like a few bucks more than what I paid for my Toyota Camry ignition coils. Instead of pulled them out of a burnt car. I haven't tested to see if they work or not yet.Overall not very I've been to a lot better junk yards to find what I'm looking for. That don't charge emission fee either. The worst thing is they told me I couldn't bring my service animal, no dogs allowed. I'm like what are you talking about, I can take her anywhere I choose to take her and you can't say it f****** word about it. ( No I didn't say anything like that it's just what I was thinking) let alone ask me what's wrong with me and what kind of services she provide that would be against the ADA.I think it's time for the employees of LKQ to get some education about general knowledge rules and time for them to familiarize themselves with the Americans Disability Act. (ADA) Or at least not to talk so crass about normal common issue with the general public. I understand it's a junkyard and that's they may not get the highest quality of employees or management. But common Sense goes a long ways... IMHONo dogs allowed, haha funny! Besides the fact that I hold the trump card. Has Gracie Lou goes wherever I go. I don't pulling it out and show my true face. I much rather just blend in like everyone else. Another thing with the ADA as I shouldn't be treated and singled out.

In my opinion, LKQ is by far the very best place to go for auto parts. not only for the DIY trying to save some money....but also for the shade tree mechanics out there, who aren't quite as experienced when it comes to working on a vehicle .....you can't beat the prices, and you can't beat the friendliness and professionalism of the staff.......I highly recommend "shopping" at LKQ
