This place is a scam their policies are intentionally written to scam people how can you operate a junkyard/ salvage yard and not all allowed costumer to bring any form of tester to test a used electronic part to see if it works or not? Rather, you want them to spend hours taking the parts out, pay for it, and then test it after you pay for it, and they want you to a warranty incase ir not working. My question is, why can't you all then in the first place. State government needs to take a look at this business and it management.

Cut off a bedside for a truck and they would not sell it for the price listed. It clearly states 134.00 for a bedside but they tried to charge me 293.00. Told me the price listed was per unit not the whole bedside. How the hell is a bedside sold per unit. Place is absolutely greedy and misleading. Over charge. I have bought parts from ezpull, Pull-A-Part, and s and w. This lkq location is the worst. Will never go here again. Recommend any other pull a part over this one.

The only thing good about this place is the selection of cars (at least on the day I was there) The management sucks big time. I put a trunk mat to cover an oil and grease on a dirty cart to protect the items I was pulling. Pulled around $500 worth of stuff at their outrageous pricing and the manager told me to get rid of the trunk mat because “a lot of people are stealing them”. I mean I just paid $500 for the items in the cart and you are worried about old dirty trunk mat not being returned? The smart manager would probably say - you can have 3 trunk mats- just come back again to purchase something else. I bought a glove box. They counted a glove box AND a glove box door as a separate piece. It was comic. They try to squeeze every penny for “this one time sale”. Needless to say I will be spending my money somewhere else where management is interested in me coming back again to become a repeat customer.

I went with my friend to get some parts and they did NOT bag check before we went outside. My buddy had some old parts in his bag from a different u pull place. When we went back in to buy the parts they accused him of stealing and they did a bag check AFTER we had the parts we needed. Whoever it was at the desk decided to call the cops on him and accused him for stealing parts, which obviously he didn’t. I have never heard or seen such disgusting behavior from any u- pull place quite like this one. Are they this bored at this place that they accuse people of stealing and purposefully not following their own protocol to bag check just to get some amusement? Never come here unless you want the cops called on you for getting parts at a u-pull place.

These people suck, i went in and bought pieces for a front clip and some wheels and they marked the front clip at over $600 until i had to tell them to remove guarantees and unnecessary parts, the wheels were quoted at just around $300 and after i went out and brought all 4 rims back, the price went up to $550+ because they wanted to charge me for the wheel’s center cap and charge me $35 for old and bald tires and refused to remove them for me despite saying earlier they could, they’ll charge you for any thing they can mark simple sensors at over $20 and are just rude in general, you’re way better off getting parts somewhere else, even people at the parking lot shared similar experiences with me saying how they pulled a camshaft or an oil pan that were quoted at under $80 but when they took it up to the register were told to pay $300+ Definitely better off going somewhere else instead of paying new prices for old and used parts

Their prices are ridiculous for used parts. Went there and to get a part for a 2007 Nissan Marano and they were charging $33. Amazon has the exact same part for $19.99 brand new. #RipOffs

I needed a weather strip for a car door. LQK had the part I needed and it was simple to remove it myself. Pricing was on their website and I paid the listed price from their website. No hassle. No bad customer service. Makes you wonder if only the ticked off people write reviews.

Ok first off, I love to go to lqk pick your part,! But the last time I went there, which was August 2024,one of the employees, he was a new member of the team, when I used my debt bank card, they copy or keep my information from my bank card!!!! How do I know this, because that was the last place I used it,and now I have a $1175.00 charge on my bank statement from fandeulsbk primary!!!!! They even used it for a Uber transportation!!!!! Wth!!! Am so pissed, but I will have them arrested!!! So I saying to everyone, make sure you use cash,or a prepaid card there!!!! They just caused a bunch of problems, for me but also there self!!!!!! I will get even!!!! Bet on That¡!

SCAM ALERT!!! Charged me $80 for a 90 day guarantee on fenders and a hood that I did not want!! When I went back 20 minutes later after looking at the receipt they pretty much told me your out of luck can’t give you your money back. They said you have the option on getting the guarantee but threw it on there with out asking me if I wanted it. I mean people are struggling as it is and they want to keep $80 dollars for something I didn’t want and said they couldn’t help me and told me to kick rocks. I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TO BE CAREFUL HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY!!!!

They have a “Guarantee fee” of $16 that would make a simple fender be from like $65 (P.A.P) with they’re environmental fee and taxes to $81 at LKQ with they’re guarantee fee and taxes. So I suggest asking the prices before you waste your time pulling a part.
- NNick Proia
Have to agree with the others, their practice tacking on the warranty without asking you is very shady. They just did it to me and it was an extra $25. Asked them to take it off and they did. But it should not be automatically applied. LOVE this place as it is a gold mine but that shouldn’t happen.
- AAMBROSE KING JR
Friendly atmosphere, customer service great, great prices, easy checkout, a great 90-day return policy.
- CCaroberts46
Looked online for a clutch master cylinder for a bmw, was shown that they had 10 or so cars with the manual in them made the trip up and every single bmw there was an automatic. Waste of 3 hours.
- EELIJAH PHILLIPS
Everyone here was super professional. Great customer service! Kristen, tiana & nikki deserve an award for their bard work!
- nnayely contreras
I would not recommend this place. They are charging warranty fees without asking. You are supposed to read a paper. That is all messed up. They have the worst of the customer service and they charge for parts are also supposed to be together. Separate, it's just ridiculous. It's more expensive to entry fee. Their customer service horrible. Nothing to do with the LKQ policy. The quality of the things are bad They don't have consideration for tcall summer.
- CChiquita Wilburn
Be aware of unnecessary charges. They charge you warranty fees on parts that they want returned. We went to get a rim. It had the tire on it. They charged a core charge for the rim. They also charged a fee for the tire, the emblem on the rim and the 90 day warranty fee that they don't refund when you return the parts. Ask questions about fees before you leave if you have core charges.

Car on the website didn’t look anything like the car in person giant waste of time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME going here.

Accidentally took some miscellaneous parts that I already owned in there, and they took them and told me I had to pay for them. They told me I had to pay for things I already owned. When I asked them to check the cameras to verify that I brought the things in, they refused. Why? I'm not sure. I did get irate with them. But had their employees been doing their job, had they checked my things before I went in (they didn't), I would've taken everything back to my car. These people are thieves. All those cameras on the ceiling and they don't use them. Update: I sent a friend of mine in for recon the very next day. He was able to get in without paying because no one was at the desk to assist him. He walked right in. He also found they threw all my belongings away. So even if I had decided to go back and BUY MY THINGS BACK, I wouldn't have been able to do so. The lady at the desk also told him I called her out of her name, which wasn't true. These people here are just miserable. Thieves, liars, and lazy with no good customer service.
- AAIP CAR
This is an example of a failing business. Not only do they charge high prices and force their 90 days warranty on everything. Even when you buy a piece of plastic trim they try to get you for money on warranty. Their horrible customer service goes beyond being a bad service. Seems like they look down at the people that buy there. Very nasty demeanor from the front desk at all times.
- LLuis Martinez
Their prices have gotten out of control. Charging separately for different parts of an airbox (getting charge for every little part that makes the airbox or headlight based on the car?) for most cars it's better to buy the part online rather than deal with being out in the weather pulling the part you need. Just look online or look at the other junkyard nearby that will have way better pricing and not nickel and dime you for every little piece of a car.

They'll assume ur a thief based off how you dress, what you drive, etc. Been to many many pickaparts and never have i ever been called a thief. They barely looked in my bag when i came in at 9am but they searched through my whole bag when i left at 11am. And because i own a shop i often throw the old worn out parts in my bag when i do mobile repairs. The cashier called me a thief and wasnt gonna give me the broken parts back and made me pay double the price for them when i exclaimed you cant take stuff outta my bag and refuse to give it to me or inform me i have to pay for them becuz i left them in my bag. And Tbh I understood it was my bad to leave them in there, and i was willing to pay for them becuz i shouldve checked, however i do NOT appreciate being called a thief. I do want to apoligise for being rude and cussin towards her. Another thing is they need better training on what parts are which the lower grill is not the same as the upper grilla nd therefor as per the pricing on the website is different. They shouldnt charge u for the wrong part which is another reason i got upset. They upcharged me for the wrong parts. I got a lower gril froma 2012 genesis sedan and they charged me for the upper grill. And a cruise control radar isnt the same as a ECU. And therefor the price is different as per the LKQ Pick-a-Part website states. I regret ever giving my time and business to this particular pickapart and i will no longer refer my customers to fayetteville ga pickapart for cheaper parts. Ill send them to pullapart atlanta south be4 i do that.

You have to be careful prices are higher and without asking you they sell you warranty. If you know what your buying specifically body parts really you don’t need wareanty

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Prices are insane! Came and wanted to buy a stereo ( didnt know if it was going to work) and they told me I couldnt return it if it wouldnt work! Buyers stay away!

Changing my tone with these guys after my last experience. Over the past few months I've been buying intake manifolds on the regular here, and they're always $52.09+++ as listed on their site. This past Wednesday though I was charged $104.18+++. I asked why and was told its two pieces, so it's double the price. An intake manifold is a single item whether or not it's one piece or five, it's a single item. I've been buying them as a single item this whole time but suddenly they're priced per piece? I told them this, and that I was used to paying the single price, and they argued with me, saying it's always been that way. Other yards do charge per piece, but they charge an upper and lower price, and their prices are much less per piece since you're buying two. To try and charge me over $100 for an item listed on their site as half that is sad. I continued to try to get somewhere with it, but it was clear, they didn't care. If that's really the way they charge then the website should reflect that. Driving an hour and half to be told differently is the best way to get me to never buy anything here again.

Be careful people up there LKQ pick your part they steal money from people they charge warrantee automatically without asking. They are stealing people Paul’s money I bought a parts from them and they charge me $30 without asking me this junkyard they steal money they was trying to sell me a part for $200 and that I can find the parts in eBay for $20. They buy a complete car from people for thousand dollar they sell the car they make thousands of thousands of dollars nobody trust the people that they work on the front counter because they only looking take it vantage of stealing money from people.

I bought a radiator for my car with my debit card , I had to come to come back and get it, because I paid there guy to get it , on my fault I made a mistake and thru my receipt out same day b4 I came back , even with proof on my card , I was told if I don’t have receipt I can’t return it , I installed radiator now part from transmission to radiator was cut in half instead of uninstalling the right way when I had to change that part it was corrided , and couldn’t return that part , my transmission been leaking out since in that area

They were ok before.but now the prices are crazy when you got to take time to pull your own used parts and they stick you with a price you could have walked in certified for about the same price
- TTony Frambes
