Just like all the rest of their locations. The prices have more than tripled. The parts are not even prestine. They're pricing items like the dealer now days. The entry fee has gone up as well. I have left many items at the counter when they ring it up and tell you the price. Even the employee at the counter is surprised when they scan it. I just put it to the side and get the Hell out of there as quick as I can. Will be looking for the independent yard from now on.

As I walked up the staff was talking about how they punked someone, which is just unprofessional and a odd thing to talk about at the entrance, I'm not expecting them to be talking about sunshines and rainbows since its a salvage yard but c'mon. I then pay and get my tools searched which is just standard procedure, then after getting in a different employee walks up and tries saying I need to pay and demanded to look through my tools, after telling him like 5 times i already paid he then wanted to search my tools again which was annoying, so I quickly let him do search them again and then went to search for my parts car. Overall, it was a negative experience but I did like how the rows were set up and I had a good interaction with the cashier but those were the only positives about it.

Help with pricing sucks, automated services doesn't help at all and the website is even worse. When you input all the information it just shows you the info on the vehicles that they have but no pricing is shown at all worse pricing system ever. They say the only way would be to drive down to the yard. From here on out probably gonna get all the smaller parts on AMAZON probably cheaper than to drive down to the yard to dismantle it then just to get overcharged at the register. Just got my self right side mirror for my Toyota Corolla 2003 only for $35. Stick with AMAZON you'll be saving time which equals money. So you'll be saving lots of money going with AMAZON. Good luck to you all out there 🫡

KEEP A FIRM GRIP ON YOUR PART Went up to the cashier and had my part taken away by an employee who wanted to purchase it and the manager gave me a custom price of $80 to intimidate me out of purchasing an item that they all wanted. Items should not be charged differently just because it is an audiobahn or a dual. They will actually threaten to call the cops when they are probably more scared of them than me. They surrounded me and I’m no where near these guys’ sizes. Degenerates and shady practices even from the manager. Just laughable. Saying I wasn’t serious about buying… of course I want to buy it but not for double price. Or you guys quickly decide and throw warranty when I actually mentioned it. Just an extra 10% onto your total price because the cashier. Just playing with your money when the little dollars add up. I said nothing bad and tried to joke with them saying I would rap with the amplifier and they got offended. Typical behavior. Just hating on my style. Just leave. Extra points for being the only yard where I can open a door and not bang into another car.

Was here for a part last Monday. The part I wanted to buy was a suspension component. The older lady cashier said it would be charged as an ABS after speaking to her supervisor and asking me if it was for a Mercedes. This was about $35 more than what I had been charged at the Anaheim location for the same component. I mentioned to her supervisor that the part had nothing to do with ABS. And asked her to correct this, she didn’t care and just shook her head, really dismissive. I asked the lady at the register and repeated it had nothing to do with ABS WHY WERE THEY CHARGING IT AS ONE. Cluelessly she said, “well at this location this is how we charge it.” I don’t think it’s fair for them to upcharge parts based on what the supervisor says, I have a better background and knowledge through schooling in automotive chasis suspension, engine repair and brakes. I think I know what I’m talking about. For the lady supervisor to deny this is absurd. Disappointed in this location and hope they can replace this female supervisor with a man that knows his auto parts. Instead of having a pretty face for the men to look at.

These place is going from better to worst, they are supposedly to draining every single vehicle all the fluid’s to avoid leaking into the ground and get absorbed, the vehicles leaking oil, coolants, brake fluid, transmissions oil, someone’s is not doing their job, the concrete floor is super slippery cover in oil and coolant, I been in all of the LKQ yards from the border to victorville these is one of the worse locations and to make it worse when you go to the window to paid , the employees trying to force a warranty, saying is part of the sale, purchased front bumper, headlights, fender , hood , they charge $98 on top of the price for warranties, after paying I went to the office to talk to a supervisor and they refunded me the $98 dollars they charge me for warranties, so better be aware , before you paid tell then no warranty! Hope it helps other customers

Be prepared to waste your time. The staff is in bed with their friends to allow early access to remove the most valuable parts from the cars. By the time you get there THE REGULARS ran sacked most cars already.

Terrible. Received wrong information about location of interested vehicle. Wasted 20 minutes looking for the vehicle. When I told staff about inaccuracy, the young guy had an attitude. Bad customer service.

(4 complaints) / Date: 8/12/24 1) The cashier at the entrance accepts cash. Because I was paying with credit card, he told me to leave my bag with him & go around the corner to pay & bring back the receipt for the $5 entry. I did. Note: I had close to $500 in high end cordless tools and some cash in my bag. I was not planning on leaving my bag un-attended with the cashier. Anyways, I counted the money in my bag later on, I thought there was more money. Note to management: This is not best practice for liability reasons. To avoid any accusations of theft, it is best to avoid advising the customer to leave their personal belongings with the cashier as they go around the corner to pay with their visa card. It actually doesn't make logical sense of why this protocol would even exist? 2) There was OIL ALL OVER THE GROUND for the car I was interested in. My shoes got drenched in oil. I recall this happens every time I have been here. It's to the point where I have to wear old shoes because I am positive I will be stepping in an oil drenched floor. If you are unable to provide the customer a safe visit without OSHA violations, perhaps you should at a minimum provide cardboard or plastic liner for your customers to step on. It's only a matter of time until a customer or employee sustains an injury due to an unsafe slippery conditions. 3) Some of the Row stickers were missing. So for example if a customer is trying to find row 27, they would have a hard time doing so. It appears only a couple rows are labeled at the end caps. It's hot, there's oil all over the ground, please, do your customers a favor, make things a little easier on them and label all your rows. 4) There is a bin with rims that have tires on them. You have them stacked in a little cage. As well as another cage with only rims. What do you expect the customer to do? Individually remove these 60 pound wheels 1 by 1? You can only see the rims on the top. It's pretty impractical. You have alot of real estate at your location. IMO you can make better use of all that space. Rather than stuff them in a cage, you could probably get away with laying them in a horizontal line against the fence. That way customers can see them. Just my .02$ Note: Remember something. Every complaint is an opportunity to improve as a business. If my concerns from a logical perspective are correct, then it would probably be a good idea to use it to create standard operating procedures that would reflect LQK's best practice for business.

They try to nickel and dime you with all these extra charges now. Warranty and even parts, some that I've purchased in the past, are now being broken down, where the cashier charged me a certain amount and when the guys inspect the part, are now trying to add around triple the cost of the part. I ended up having to take apart the steering wheel since the cashier "incorrectly" charged me,despite having a person outside the cashier area inspecting the part and telling the cashier how much the item is supposed to be. After trying to discuss with them, they tried to give me a "deal" and said that they'd charge me around double instead. How nice of them.....

Got here 20 mins before closing, I walk up to pay and a worker yells “we’re closed!!” The Part that I needed would’ve taken less than five minutes for me to grab and I knew exactly where the car Was located. Lazy workers and bad management. Im a major in business management and business marketing and I can proudly say I would run this location 10 times better than what it is. I understand if you guys want to stop letting people in at a certain time so that way you still close at the correct time but you should have a sign up saying so and you shouldn’t yell at your customers the man could’ve nicely said “excuse me sir it’s close to closing and we stop letting people in, please come back tomorrow though” but I guess this is what happens when a business just hires anyone.

2024- a used cracked front bumper is now $100+ ? Xenon Headlight $350+? cost more than New Parts They buy a car for less than 350 and sell a headlight for $350+ ? Whaaat? That line of customers must be long..Gone this year. Planet auto is free admission if you have one close by. Or pick and pull in Ontario. $2 bucks to get in. Hope that helps. Came for simple job. Buying a rim getting tire dismantled. Guy in the front gave me the run-around when it comes to doing something..said he could do it but needs someone to tell him to. So, Even being told over the walkie-talkie he won't budge. Waited till they called a second guy to do it. Not only a liar, a Lazy one. Waisting people's time. Picture tooken, he tried to threaten me over it. I'm a customer, he's an employee, he lied to me, picture taken. Congrats, Now he's n the hall of shame. Other than that soda machine gave me 3x ,gave two away. To a customer and to the 2nd guy called in to work on my rim.

It's a pick a part, so you gotta dig and hope no one else took what you were looking for. ALWAYS TRY TO GO WHEN CAR IS FIRST LISTED. it increases your chances of getting what you want. Because more often than not, someone else looking for the same part as you.

If you don’t wish to purchase warranty on the parts make sure you let them know ahead of time they will automatically charge it and if you try to get $$ make because you don’t want it they will not return your money. Parts are extremely high now you better of getting parts online. Anaheim location is the worst

THE GOOD IS THEY HAD A A FEW 2011 TOYOTA CAMRYS . SO I FOUND MY PARTS FAST . THE BAD IS. IT SAYS ON THE SECOND RECEIPT (THE ONE WHERE YOU PAY FOR THE PARTS YOU WANT ) THEY CHARGED ME A $5.00 ENTRY FEE THEN RIGHT BELOW THAT $5 FEE IT SAYS $5- CREDIT ENTRY FEE . I ALREADY PAID THE $5 ENTRY FEE WHERE YOU COME IN AT . NOT COOL . BUT HEY ITS YOUR BUSINESS FOR $5 IF YOU REALLY SALE YOURSELF THAT CHEAP. THEN WE KNOW WHAT KIND Of PERSON YOU ARE ( A CHEAP B.) THEN THEY CHARGED ME $10 FOR A CUP HOLDER WHICH ALL I HAD WAS A SMALL PLASTIC DIVIDER THAT SITS IN SIDE THE CUP HOLDER . KINDA SHADY BUSINESS SOME GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE SANTA FE LKQ OR PICK A PART. THEY HAD A LOT OF CARS. THE YARD WAS KINDA OF CLEAN AND ORGANIZED CONSIDERING ITS A JUNK YARD THAT WAS PRETTY COOL

$55 for a broken mirror that I've gotta Frankenstein together with my old one to have a functional mirror. A new one is $49 online. You need it today, LKQ will be happy to bend you over a barrel. Support your local mom and pop junk yard or else a big evil company will come along and buy them out. Something needs to be done about the price gouging here.

The manager David would not allow me to enter at 450p! Even though it say 5 pm closed! They need to change their hours accordingly, that’s not right your web sight says 5 but the gate is closed before 5! I drove 2 hours for nothing . I’m going g to right as many negative reviews on every web sight protesting against this yard!

The access to the yard, it's higher-ups, it's the worst place to go, if you trying to get anything that it's used, the prices are pretty close to the prices at any auto parts, where the parts are new and has guaranteed,. As well if you returned anything that doesn't fits on your car, they charge you for returned parts, it's sucks.

I take all my can's, plastic and glass bottles here. Good prices, parking is re arranged to make it easier to get in and out. Staff are very helpful if its your first time and work with you. No attitudes. You have to go around the corner to get your money now, instead of out front, which is fine. During the week, not very crowded. Weekends go early, otherwise there will be a line.
