Buckley location is not open to the public! You must call ahead, have the part transferred to Sumner (takes one day), then you can pick up your part. They do not list this on their website or on this Google page or anything. I called two days ago asking if they can put my part on hold. This would have been a perfect time to tell me about the transfer situation, but he did not. He just said they don't do holds and went quiet. So I said I would be by on Wednesday and hung up. Fast forward to today, I drive 40-45 minutes to this location just to find signs on the door saying "Closed to the Public." So anybody who's browsing their online inventory and found a part in the Buckley yard, call ahead and expect pickup in Sumner the following day. Would be nice if they posted this somewhere, hence why I'm writing this. My only weekday off is Wednesday so either I wait a week to get this used part or order a remanufactured part online for maybe $10 more. Would be more annoyed if it was a big ticket item but for something small I thought it would be a simple process. Either way, you guys lost this sale! Oh, an when I was on the phone with them, I am not the first person this has happened to, hence the one start review. Not necessarily one star on LKQ as a company, but on this specific location.

I ordered a rear axel shaft for my jetta over the phone on the Friday of memorial day. They said it'd be in tuesday. I went to pick it up, hadn't even been ordered, so I really ordered it and explained every detail about what part I needed explicitly. They told me the part would be in the next day at about 10. I went in the next day at 4, they told me the part was still on the shelf in sumner. The guy called multiple times and sent emails, that's what I was told anyway. So I went back on Friday to pick it up, cuz yet again I was told it'd be there around 10. I got there at 4 again they said it was still sitting on the shelf in sumner. They were apologetic and said they would look at getting me a refund. I told them that would be good since I've been in 3 times to pick it up now, having to give gas money to people for rides and I needed the part to fix my car so I could get back to work and I've missed a week of work waiting on them. They told me it would be in monday. So here it is monday 9/11, 10 days after the original order. The part came in, when I went to get it, it was the wrong part. They wasted a week of my time and didn't have the right part. No organization, no sense of ugency. As far as i am concerned, Right now the only thing that I have to say positive is that they guy at the Buckley location handled the situation professionally and tried to help me locate the right part, and one of the ladies was trying to help me get reimbursed with the part. It seems the ball was getting dropped constantly at there sumner warehouse location. Other than that very disappointed with the overall interaction. I hope they figure things out before it's too late.

I went there looking for a bumper for my truck. Before I went I called to see if they had one, they told me they did, and they gave me a quote. Upon arrival I found out that the bumper was in a different state, and that the price was double what I was quoted. I was quite annoyed by this because I had traveled over an hour to get there, and crossed a toll bridge on my way there. In the end it was a lot of trouble for a bumper and their customer service was not good at all. I would not do business with them again because of the Hassel that I went through.

Ordered a rear end for my Silverado three weeks ago and have not received it. It took two weeks from the date of purchase until LKQ Buckley shipped it out. I never received a purchase confirmation email or tracking number so I am in the dark waiting for this part to arrive without having a clue where it is. When purchasing a part from LKQ online make sure you look up the yard they are pulling a part from in order to see if they are reputable. I have dealt with LKQ before but after this situation I will second guess purchasing parts from them again.

Not a typical salvage yard. They pull your parts and they are way way way more expensive for the same stuff other places. They do however have a vast collection and as one if not the top salvage company in the world can get just about anything you need.

Called the 888 number seven times and all seven times I got bounced when I tried to get someone in parts. I called and tried accounting, and there I sat on hold for a total of twenty seven minutes and when someone finally came onto the line it was parts, thankfully. After finding what I was looking for the guy was trying to give me the quote number and his phone was fading in and out and it took him three times and he actually got upset with me because I could not understand him, and he said: Well that's the first time I have heard that. Like I was lying, I just wanted to get off the phone that I had smashed on my ear for over a half hour!

Took long for the guy to find my item even though i gave him the actual item number as they had in there inventory mind you i waited 30 mins for someone to asnswer my call after the fact that i had tried calling 4 other times left 2 voicemail messages and yet to receive a call back i traveled 2 1/2 hours to pick up a rim that i phoned in prior to my drive and they forgot to mention on the phone i had to take the old one in or be charged a 45$ core fee that could of been helpful to know before my trip upbut item was good and cheap....

Extremely difficult/ rude people work here! They know VERY little about various parts of vehicles, and what they do know and have is over priced part! Very disappointed!

Not the friendliest guys, that's for sure. The stereotype of junk yard culture is going strong here.
