Recently purchased a window from here for my GTO. There was a packaging error with my first order. Contacted LS Auto, they sent me another window without question and I received the second window within 2 days! Everything went like clockwork. I just feel sorry for the FedEx guy - 'delivered by end of day,' it was sometime way after dark on a one lane mountain road with no place to turn around.
