Terrible company to work for or do business with! Not only do they intentionally skim weight off your loads (if they even weigh your material) but they do not even come close to paying customers within the agreed upon payment terms. (If they even pay you at all!)They are especially dishonest with larger customers that have full trailer loads of material, often stealing multiple tons per load. Purely a garbage company!

Do not under any circumstances go here for anything. Especially employment the working conditions are unsafe. The equipment is dangerous. And corporate knows. They just don’t care. Avoid like the plague.

Had my car towed here to scrap and they would not let me have my tires back. Plus I wanted to turn in the cat converter separate. They told me they would only except the car whole after the tow truck left.So I got ripped for the aluminum rims and cat price. I will definitely find another place to go. Almost broke even with paying for the tow.

I switched to GLR about two years ago and I have been there about six times. They are good honest people with good prices. I have been burned in the past at other establishment's but this place has always treated me good and the scale inside is accurate. I'll be seeing you soon.

If I could give this establishment a lower rating than a zero I would. They treat their clientel with no respect. Any establishment who's mentality is to treat others poorly is a place I don't want to recycle my materials at. I will be visiting other establishments around the Buffalo area. The management team at this facility needs to be replaced. Period.

Can I do negative stars? We have been calling and emailing for the last two months to have our Abitibi Paper Recycling bin emptied and have had no response. All the bins in the Arcade, NY area are overflowing and the company doesn't seem to care.

VERY poor customer service. We have asked many times to have our full dumpster emptied. They never come when asked or promised. We have not been getting paid for several years now. We even asked to have the dumpster removed because of all the problems - nothing happened. Very disappointed with this company.

They never pay anything for steel. Always zero. Kinda a joke. Way downhill since the new takeover. Niagara metals and lockcity metals are my new go to places now

Said they opened 45 mins before i got here. Gates closed didn5 answer phones but there was cars there like employees were there. Reading all the other negitive reviews also i will never return.

Not the best place to look at, but it's shaping up. New managment is in place.
