I am travelling home from Arizona to BC and discovered that the shackles or mounts for the rear axle on my fifth wheel had broken their welds causing the axle to become misaligned…also resulting in tire wear…it was literally hanging loose. I contacted this company on a Friday afternoon and described my problem and sent pictures. Darned if they didn’t book me in Saturday morning….not a usual work day. A great young employee immediately went to work…cleaned up everything and welded back in place in less than 2 hours. The bill was significantly less than I expected. Well and truly impressed. Thankyou very much.Service: Steering & suspension repair

If you have an RV that needs repair, this is THE place to go! In all honesty, I have not gone to any other repair place because these guys were the first to have an appointment. Bought a '98 Majestic 27 foot Class C. Needed both exhaust manifolds replaced. They let me stay in my camper each day night and charged a lot less than I expected. I had a tailpipe welded on and they got me in very fast. Highly recommend!

I took my first ever travel trailer in to get looked at as the back lights wern't working and had the absolute worst experience. The guy looking it over was lazy and would only address my husband even though it was my truck, my trailer, and i was the one paying. I basically paid $250 (they told me it'd be an hour of diagnostics) for less than 30 minutes of distracted half *ssed confused babble to my husband. He also stopped during our "session" to talk to a senile elderly man (who was making a young teenage girl in the lobby VERY uncomfortable attempting to flirt with her.) This fellow apparently stays on the property. The guy who "serviced us" could have written info down for us or looked more into it but instead at the end of 20 something distracted minutes he just gave me a potential price quote that ranged from 500 to several thousand to get my tail lights working again and charged $250 for what should have been an hour and we came away with 0 additional knowledge. I kept trying to talk to him to get him to address me since I was the owner of the trailer and the one diy working on the trailer and wanted to atleast get some info out of the session but he didn't want to talk to me, just my husband who had no interest in trailers and wasn't planning on working on the electric to begin with. He also left my tail light covers off. Very sloppy and unprofessional; the guy dresses like a mad scientist in a lab coat and acts like a backwoods hillbilly with no morals whatsoever. People like this shouldn't be selling services period. The little bits of info we came away with was stating the obvious "i think a rat got it' "lights arn't working" "flick your turn signals, nope not working" etc etc. His concluding statements was "how much you got? with a sparkle in his eye when i asked how long it'd take to rewire it. I can make it perfect if you got the budget"..this is the kind of guy that will blow your hours of paid service standing around wasting time.. There are genuine good people out there who service vehicles and trailers; this guy wasn't one of them.

Lonnie and Oily at LTM Truck and RV Repair are top notch! Their honest and fair, and they provided an excellent service for me on my Allegro Bus. I was on the road traveling up to Oregon when one of my rear air bags blew out. The folks at LTM were able to assess my needs one day and have the parts delivered and installed the next day. I was back on the road and headed to my vacation! The bill and pricing was absolutely fair and I would trust this shop with anything. I'm totally impressed with these guys! Thanks for everything Lonnie and Oily, I'll be back if ever I need your help again!

I was incredibly fortunate to be in proximity to LTM when I started experiencing a scary noise from the engine in my diesel motorhome. Mike was super friendly, was able to diagnose the issue quickly, and the repair was completed within 2 days including the sourcing of parts. I'd absolutely do business with LTM again. Thought for sure this was going to require an adjustment in my itinerary (work on RVs can be a challenge to coordinate for full-timers), but it didn't. I am sure luck was on my side but I'll give these folks all the credit. Thank you!

This was by far the worst company to do business with. They would not communicate with us the entire time and they price gouge us on every little thing. They are the most unprofessional, uneducated, an untrained idiots I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend anyone going to this scam of a business that does not fix things correctly and does not communicate prices with the customer. After I question the bill the owner threatened me and told me to get off his property simply because I’ll questioned why he overcharged so much! Beware of this company you will regret it!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

First.... don't be fooled by the web page. Must have taken them days to clean the place and stage it for pictures... I do mean stage - like bringing in special furniture for real estate sales. When I saw it, I asked my husband, "Are you sure this is the place?" Repair work is done outside. No shop to speak of. The most frustrating experience. We were stuck. Failure of old welds of 5th wheel pin box of hitch made trailer unsafe to pull. Only other shop in town first appointment was over a month out. LTM quoted 2 weeks - maybe a month to fix. We had no choice but to leave trailer in Coos Bay and drive home. The trailer sat exposed (they removed nose cover) in their yard for a month before any repair work began. When they finally said it was done six weeks later, we drove back (six hour trip) to pick it up only to find the lights didn't work (they were cut and not reconnected), the brakes on trailer froze, no vapor barrier around pin box and more. It will take days to diagnose all the little things that are wrong and repair them ourselves. Cost? It was three times as much as our local repair shop said it should cost based on photos. If you have any choice... ANY choice...... do not take your RV there. I had tears and stress for weeks. Only positive...once work began, Eve, office manager, sent photos. Pray that what we can't see is done properly.

Highway Robbery! How ANY business owner can feel good about price gouging desperate people is beyond me. Read my reviews on Google, Yelp and others to see that I enjoy giving high ratings and always appreciate good service. Based on my experience, there is no way that I could recommend LTM.To make a long story short, suffice to say that a relatively simple trailer stabilzer jack replacement ended up costing me $1,000.00 (yes, one THOUSAND dollars).Overpriced would've been $400, but I actually would've paid that without complaint given that it was a mobile call-out and I genuinely appreciated James, the old school mechanic that responded to my call for help. He's an awesome old school dude that knows what he's doing and is friendly as heck. But watch out, that friendly talk with you, your neighbor and the parts people is all on the clock and it'll cost ya WAY beyond what is appropriate.Word of advice: Go Elsewhere

I had a situation with this hitch I had bought for a previous truck of mine, and it was kinda a custom fit for that year make and model of truck. I was wanting to get it custom fabricated onto a second vehicle, and they made that happen. They delivered as promised on the quality of the work and on that I don't have a single complaint. They had to custom mount some brackets onto my truck (I approved all the work) on he underside, as well as modify part of hitch I was having installed. I also added a brake box to be installed. My truck was there until the end of the second day, and my bill was about $1100. About $500 above the quoted $600 for JUST the hitch. So that's $500 for a low end brake box, installed. Not exactly what I was expecting, but I needed it and it's in there and the work is solid. But I looked up the brake box itself online, found it for $60-$85 on average for what they charged me like $115 if I recall. Maybe I paid for shipping or shopping/delivery or something. That's only a 40-60 dollar difference. They fit me in fast which is what I asked for. Just not sure if I got hosed on a $400 install of a $100 brake box. The price jump is the only reason I took a star off. other than that no complaints the work is stellar.
