Called to order a part they listed in stock, had a discussion with Jim about warranty needed and price, Hung up with an agreement if the warranty could be met after the boss would agree, that it would be delivered Today. Well no part called and asked for an update and told sorry it was inventoried wrong and boss said no on the warranty sorry.Thanks for nothing but putting a customer even farther out on rental since no call back since TUESDAY! WIll never buy again! Worst EVER!

BUYER BEWARE. Terrible people! They sold me an engine 4 months ago with a 90 day warranty. One month into the 3 month warranty, we got together the money to get it installed and we find out it was bad (they never tested it). We called and let them know it was bad, they said no problem and they would take it back. Well, this was during the beginning of Covid-19 and we got sick... FOR 4 MONTHS! Before being put on the breathing machine, we called them and said that we were hospitalized and that we were not available to bring the motor back until out of hospital. They said no problem, just keep them posted. We had a relative call once a week! Now, as we are feeling better and in physical therapy to learn how to walk again (Covid-19 kept me in bed 4 months!!), we called to setup the return and the OWNER said we can not return the $1200 engine due to being out of warranty!!! His exact words when we asked what else we could have done were: "That's not our problem, you had months to return the item, we can care less what happened to you!"These people are heartless and nasty. BEWARE!

Called and stopped in for a hood for a Honda Pilot. Was met at the front desk by I think his name was Joe and he was courteous and immediately jumped up and showed me the part. After telling him I would take it he was quick to disassemble and carried the part to my car.Excellent price coupled with great service will have me tell friends and family to definitely give M & M Auto Parts a look.

Contacted M&M to see if they had a used rim for my Nisson Sentra. Spoke with Jim and he said he had the rim I needed. Stopped by a few days later and purchased the rim. I asked if he had two hubcaps for the Sentra. Jim came up with the two and gave me a great price for them. It was a pleasure doing business here. I definitely will be a return customer for any future car parts needs.

Sold me bad part an wouldn't honor the warranty. He wouldn't even look me in the eye when I went back and asked if he could at least work with me and give me at least half back on the head I bought. Don't get screwed like I did.

Great Experience, I was looking for a hard to Find part, I would love to buy his whole car - but I have no where to put it. All in all they were very helpful, honest and courteous.

I own another Salvage Yard, Bought two parts, both were defective and they refused to refund my money on both. You can promise I will never do business with these Jokers again!!!!

Their great jim and tom are the best been going there 35 years

If these guys can't find it no one can.. I recommend giving Tommy or Jim at m&m Auto salvage a car anytime you need anything automotive related
