I was having a rough week being taken advantage of by mechanics and dealerships. I gave M&M a call and they made my life a lot easier from the minute they answered the phone. They are a great team. Called in looking for a front axle was very pleased how quick they were able to let me know they had one in ready for me to pick up so I headed that way. As I walk in I’m greeted and they were waiting on me imagine that. I chatted for a bit found out it is ran by father and son which made me all the more happy buying local from family owned. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff at M&M Truck Parts! I was stranded not far from their shop and they brought out the parts i requested. On top of that they even drove me to another auto parts store to pick up what they did not have available. Know that my case was odd and they might not be able to offer that much assistance all the time, but they sure stepped up when I needed assistance!

MIKE gives his best shot at finding what you need. If he says he has it, it may take a sec but it will be in your hand. Really good pricing and help with hard to fin parts.

Ubove and beyond customer service! I started working with a young man last week on a part for our dump truck, he went out and measured the part before we made the trip. It ended up being correct part,yippee for us. As we were walking in we were treated like old friends(always a bonus) , we ask about another part he had that one as well. I’m so glad we made the trip today from Lexington Oklahoma..

They pulled some sneaky tactics. I crawled under the truck and showed them exactly which transmission I wanted. They said come back in 2 days and we will have it pulled out for you. When I went back. They gave me a totally different transmission and charged me $600. Luckily I caught it. And they were squirming around like they knew they had tried to pull one over on me. So I will never have any dealings there again!!
