    Called them to get my vehicle junked. Got a price,got a day and got a time they would come pick it up. We'll they never showed up. I called was told they have no idea what's up with their tow guy. I never got a call back. Call the next day to reschedule a pickup. They hang up. VERY DISSAPOINTING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. fun fact I am 5 minutes from them but they can't even get my car for whatever reason.

    I’ve always loved coming here, still do for the most part… a couple weeks ago my buddy and I came here on the weekend looking for a throttle body. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything compatible (oh well, no complaints). We decide to leave, but on the way out we got curious about current battery prices. We question the woman at the register, she says they’re $50 and going to be going up again soon- to which we said “that’s crazy”(not confrontational)… then tells us a new one is $300 (yeah okay lol), it’s like she’s now upset with us and says “everybody wants everything cheap”(news flash lady- you work in a junkyard).. I tell hey it’s all good, no problem. Pretty sure I said have a nice day. She says nothing, turns away from the window in the trailer and as we’re leaving we can hear her loud mouth complaining inside the trailer… lol

    Called them 3 days in a row to schedule a pick up, they say they will be there soon but never come, horrible customer service , don’t waste your time, go somewhere else

    8/26/2024 I Just called and asked for parts for my car. They didn't have my particular year so I asked if they have others ones and what years so I can see if there's a range that the parts of the car would fit. The guy looked it up rambled them off quickly and I had asked him to repeat them and he says "You can also look them up on the website." I asked if he can just repeat what he just told me already and he said "You can find them on the website." I stated" You just said them and I'm confused why you can't repeat what you JUST told me." He said "Because there's too many to repeat." 1* for disgusting customer service!

    I called on a Monday. Asked if my junked care could be picked up Thursday afternoon. Which was agreed upon for $200 Thursday around 1:30pm I called to verify pick up... I was greeted with arrogance that “you saiiid afternoon they will be there THIS afternoon”. WHY IS MY CAR STILL STITTING THERE?!? Don’t waste your time! I ended up calling (716) 787-1200 & he came out right away and offered $250! Call the number I listed instead of these fools.

    Drove from Cattaraugus, 35 miles, quite pleased with the inventory. I have a Mazda B-Series, they don't have any, but they do have a few Ford Rangers. Needed a radiator and a tail light(ford ranger step bed), tgey happened to have 1 matching one, I could have changed styles but I'm fine with the one I got, small chip on the edge, big deal. Wish it was a little easier to get under some, but the prices are reasonable. A new radiator is $80+ online but then I have to wait for it to get here. Mine is cracked and leaks, I can't afford to wait. $35+ tax and $5 core, I can afford that. I'll be back. Paid $72.50, plus $2 entrance fee, for everything, including the 2 emblems. Less than a new radiator and got them "same day". Kinda wish I lived closer.

    Amazing bang for your buck. Cash only. $2 to enter. They only “downside” is that you need to go in person to see the state of the car you’re interested in taking parts off and see if it’s manageable.

    They gave me a list of where my car would be located and they were no where to be found. I walked up and down each row multiple times in case I had missed it. None of the workers were willing to be helpful about it or double check the list to make sure it was accurate. I was met with an attitude and no help. For a better experience go to Skyway- the workers there are always willing to help and ask you if there is anything that you need.

    This business has to be a cover or a front. The way they treat people is absolutely horrific. They treat you like you are complete trash. I've had multiple employees blatantly disrespect me and I am very quiet and respectful. The prices here are absolutely insane, I bought a mirror today for an '09 Forester. They charged me 30 bucks with tax. I can get a beautiful used one with free shipping on eBay for 30 exactly. I can get a brand new replacement by dorman on Amazon for 40 with free shipping. So for a mirror I have to go trudge through slop to get in the freezing cold weather., pull myself and bring my own tools. It's not worth it. Not nearly. They charge you different prices than what they list online too, EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE AND GREEDY. They don't bother to plow the yard either, I was trudging through 2 ft of slop snow today. This is the worst business I've ever seen in my life. They don't care either so it has to be a front for something else.🤷‍♂️ Whoever owns this place has no business being in business, they don't care about people, All they care about is themselves. They clearly have the disease of "more"

    Come there for a small piece of glass. 30 bucks asked if the match prices with local junkyards told me to just go there then. I've been with m&m u pull for 10 years and this is the first time I realized the good people that worked here are gone. 10 years don't mean nothing to some new kid behind the desk.

    Apparently printing out a couple lists of cars is too much. Definitely going to Wilberts in elma from now on. 20 years of coming here for parts and having multiple lists of cars that I might need parts from printed. Utterly absurd.

    Don't honor their own warranty. They sold me a bad alternator and claimed they give everyone a receipt and mark their warranty parts but yet dude never took part from me to mark it or gave me a receipt and then gives me and my fiance a disrespectful attitude and refused to check their records from two days ago when I bought it.

    I called Saturday and they told me that the car batteries were coming in on monday but I was just there 12:15 pm Monday and i asked the guy working at the front if they had any and he said no. we then ask if he knew what day they were coming in and he says someday. thanks for the help🤙

    They scheduled to pick my car up at 9 am till 12pm. So I take off work to be here and its now 3:30pm and my car is still here. Not even a phone call to say what is taking so long. I lost 200$ just sitting home. Thanks m and m you pull it. So awesome of you guys to car about your customers. 👍

    A lot of inventory and great prices. Also had know issues with staff, gave me a list I asked for, pointed me in the right direction, and cashed me out when done. I feel like alot of the negative reviews are people that don't get the concept of wrecking yard and U PULL IT, it's not a new parts store looking up inventory on a computer that shows part compatibility. It's not an auto shop of mechanics, You have to know what you are looking for and/or need through experience, research, trial and error, commonsense, ingenuity ect. Or just pay a guy.

    don't ever go to this place the blonde girl in the window fabricates lies so she doesn't have to give a refund I bought a radiothe recipt was presented and the teenager that sold it to me said yes he did buy it yesterday she screamed cursses at him and told him to shut up and that what she says goes . I will never go to this place ever again and I advise anyone looking for used car parts go elsewhere please .keep your peace. GOD BLESS .😊

    Went here earlier today and I cannot believe how my family was treated. He said you need $2 to pay. We asked if they take credit cards, PayPal, Venmo etc, and the guy said “You have 7 seconds to pay me cash or I’m locking the door” The second my father opened his wallet he locked the door and walked out. Hands down the rudest experience I have ever had in my life. My family and I will not be returning.

    All went fine except when it’s time to pay for the parts. That nasty blonde girl needs an ‘attitude’ adjustment. Never a ‘thank you’ or ‘have a good day’, etc. Just miserable to deal with. When she was hired the owner gave her the wrong job. At closing time, turn off the lights, lock the gates and let her loose in the yard! 👽

    They have a very good inventory and good prices . BUT i wish their attitude towards the customer would be the same . They are not friendly or willing to help much you in any way. For example i wanted to buy a bumper off a truck but another vehicle was resting against it. I went up to the office and told them i wanted to buy the bumper .If they can have the guy in the payloader when he is going by ,just nudge the car in front over a foot so i can take it off . They told me quote " It"s only a $ 50.00 part and they can't bother with with that " My shocked response was " well I guess you guys have too much money .. They need to work on that type of service .

    First visit to M&M today. Super impressed! The staff was super friendly and helpful from walking in the gate to checking out at the end. The yard was well organized with a pretty decent selection of recent cars. I had no trouble finding everything I needed and pulling several parts for my Pontiac Torrent from the several Equinoxes and Torrents that were in the yard. The prices were fantastic! I will definitely be back again!

    This place is going down hill really fast. They have been lacking in updating cars on their website, so when you go the car is either gone or in the wrong aisle. Sadly the workers are getting ruder too. I asked for a list of vehicles of a certain type the other day when I went and was told to "walk around and I'll see them" and " use my phone". I don't want to use my phone because the site isn't updated regularly and to have an clear idea where the cars are would make it a lot easier. I use to like this place and would recommend them, but I guess it's time for a new junkyard.

    Every time I've been here, I feel like I'm an inconvenience. I keep getting told to go there by friends, but rarely find the part I'm looking for. When I ask about anything, it seems like they only want to get the money and that's it. The parts are cheap, but since they are cheap, I never find what I'm looking for. $2 to get in so it's not much of a loss, but I don't think it's worth going unless you know they have the part. Maybe it's that I'm more used to how things were done back home.

    It was good, i needed a simple wire harness for my taillight. The Chevy dealership wanted 195.00. went to the junkyard found my vehicle right away. They charge me 7 dollars compared to 195 nothing wrong with that. In and out within 20 minutes thank you

    Worst experience I’ve had at a junkyard. Completely unprofessional and cashiers are extremely rude and should regularly be called out on it, date 12/4/23 time 2pm 🤬
