They will not hold true to their motor 3month warranty. They sold it without the upper oil pan, telling me they'd reimburse the cost.(they didn't, they went back and said motor was already discounted. Lol. ) Lasted a week!, after the hassle of piecing it together. Now on to more labor costs and the price of a new motor. Whoever runs this business has no integrity, be careful dealing with them.!.

Just went there today and had a great experience. I was in and out with my part in about 15 minutes. The guys were very helpful and efficient when looking up my parts, not annoyed that I was there. I was fully prepared to pull my own parts, but they would not have it even after a few requests to let me do it. They shuttled me to the cars and pulled the parts at no extra cost. I got a good deal on the price of the parts as well. If I need another part in the future this is the first place I will go.

I needed a new engine for a Hyundai accent and they were able to give me one for a great price, they even helped deliver it to my home. Once installed i had an issue with the engine idling rough but main auto asked me to take the car to them and they were able to help me track the issue to a simple vacuum leak. The hose on the vacuum was fixed and the car runs even smoother than before. Ill definitely be going back to them if i i ever need any car parts in the future.

Last week, I was desperate to find a PCM for my 2005 Pontiac Vibe because a different company (that claimed to have ordered it) had been making me wait for weeks! Fortunately, Main Auto & Truck Parts had one. Their representative Brandon was totally professional. Even though he was busy, he told me what to check on the car to make sure the part would be compatible. He “went the extra mile” and held the part because I could not get to my car at the time. Once my mechanic checked the numbers and I knew they matched, I called Brandon back. He quoted me a very reasonable price and I told him I was on my way. His directions were spot on and once I arrived, he was again professional, knowledgeable, and very customer-oriented. I purchased the part and it worked just fine. Brandon at Main Auto & Truck Parts is a top notch parts sales representative. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Main Auto & Truck Parts for all your vehicle needs!!!!! GREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH!!!!!!!! DO NOT USE these guys for anything. I am the foreman at a professional shop and spent $1300 for an engine that failed immediately after installation. After fighting tooth and nail with them, i had to pull the engine again take it back to them where they performed a hack job "repair" and i still have no working engine for this customers vehicle. These guys have totally screwed me and i have to explain to the customer why their $1300 was completely wasted.

Be very careful with this place, very sneaky and dishonest. Yes they do have some inexpensive parts for cars like most junkyards near by do, however, the main difference is the way that boss runs it. Once he has your money you can forget all about that so called Joke 90 day Warranty they offer, ESPECIALLY for complete engines and engine installations. The Awesome Main Auto 90 day warranty ONLY covers anything that is not broken , failed or operational.....anything that does Not work all of a sudden is not covered and he then will quickly quote you for labor+parts charges for repairs on the engine he just sold you. Come On Man ! Fo reel Bro ?? Before Main Auto.... No leaks...After: Now I have more leaks than a submarine with a screen door.

Called for a part said they had it. Says closes at 6 got there at 5:45 & got turned away. Very unsatisfied. Went down the street and got the part we needed. No thanks to this place. It was a lady who very rudely turned us away. I suggest you post the actual time you close. Btw it is not a holiday. ✌

This place beware I bought a part I ended up not needing at all on the same day I bought it I tried to return it the boss stated it has to be defective to get the money back and no credit or money back so in all the guarantee they give u is lies I will not do business again with these rip offs . Horrible place to do business. I was told they had a part went there and they don't have it. Then I was told the guy i spoke to on the phone shouldn't have spoken to me. This place is a joke. If you want the run around go see this business. True waste of time dealing with these people.

A guy named panchito lied to me about the engine and price. When I was ready to pay he told me it was more than double and had over 60k miles more than it was said to be. He later said they didn't have the engine and hanged up on me. Called and talked to another employee and said they did have the engine but at another location. when I was ready to buy Fransisco told me he would not help me and to go look for an engine somewhere else. Everything was through the phone and not in person!!!
