Manny and team are very professional and get the job done. When moving they came and helped me remove furniture from a THIRD FLOOR apartment. Months later they helped clear out my storage unit. Manny is always willing to go the extra mile. Manny noticed I had luggage and made sure to notify me so they wouldn't dump it. Saving me from perhaps getting rid of important documents or things. I filled out Manny’s online form and he contacted me within the hour and he came the next day. I had two ellipticals and a grill for him to remove and he did it all in 15 minutes. Manny is a man with integrity. He shows up when he says he will show up. Communication is always fast. He removed 6 1/2 truckloads from an elderly friend and it was so important that they handle him with care and respect for his home and items collected. These items may not have worth to anyone else but to the owner they are treasures collected over a lifetime. They were amazing! It brought me to tears how they handled him and his treasures.Manny won't leave you hanging. He is a man of his word. Honest. Respectful. Kind. Polite. Very hard worker.Manny trains his team to engage with clients the way he would engage with them.
