They locked our car in their parking lot when signs make it appear as if it’s for their business and burdines. When we confronted one of the workers at 5:02 (two minutes after closing) he basically smirked, called his boss and told us to go to burdines as they had the only spare key. Turns out burdines no longer owns the lot so they did not have a spare key. Then he vanished and there was no one to help us. I can’t believe on a small island that the owners/workers would be so unwilling and disinterested in helping us get our car out of their lot that they locked in. Really disgusted in their lack of humanity.

It is so hard to find a good dependable diesel service in the Keys. Marathon Diesel is amazing. I highly recommend them. They are so professional and helpful. Best around and Suzuki Certified. Louis and his team are the absolute best and most responsible repair facility I have ever worked with. They are honest and efficient. I had an unfortunate circumstance of bursting a hydraulic steering line 18 miles offshore. I called Louis when I got into cell phone range waiting for my tow. He had his guys waiting at my dock when I returned on the eve of a holiday weekend. They identified the issue and were back at my dock Monday morning making the repair with new parts. I have new Suzukis and he takes care of them like they are his own. I strongly recommend him and you will not be disappointed.

Luis and his staff were great helping us with our Yanmar 3GM which would not rev over 1800. Their techs came and diagnosed a blown intake and had the entire engine except the block and pistons off the boat in 3 hours Monday morning. They reinstalled Thursday afternoon and they came with us for a sea trial, where after some minor adjustments, it ran perfect. We were off to the Bahamas next day. Recommend Luis and his crew highly for honesty, knowledgeable and reliable, with super fast service and fair price. Best marine diesel repair company we have ever used.
