To whom it may concern @Marks Auto Parts I would like to express my deepest appreciation for this employee of yours, Ashley Simone. Ms. Simone was an immense help in helping me get my refund completed quickly (wrong part ordered by me) and most importantly obtaining a discontinued part (a rear windscreen for an 07 Kia Amanti) that was literally nowhere to be found in the U.S. but she managed to locate the only one available and arrange to have it shipped directly to my installers business in Augusta, GA. This was a six week ordeal and she was always pleasant and friendly to me every time I called or e-mailed her. These days it is rare to find someone who does what they say they are going to do and do so in a timely manner. She is a true asset to your company. My mother-in-law who is 85, was ecstatic to have her car back which made my wife extremely happy as she had become the chauffeur to her mother.

I was referred to Marks by Firestone where I take my car for repairs. I was looking for a passenger side sun visor and could only find one for the driver's side. So I sent a text to Marks to enquire & they were very prompt in returning my text. They said they would get back to me as soon as they found one, which they did. I asked the approximate cost & they sent me an email with the the quote & would let me know when it came in. They were very professional & so nice. I will definitely use them again & anyone who has any need for auto parts please look them up, you will not be disappointed! Diane
