I found Mattos salvage yard looking for a used taillight for my car. James went way beyond any expectations I could have had for his helpfulness. He sent his employee with me to find the taillight and install it on my car for me. Then he quoted me a price much less than what I was expecting (from looking online). When we found that it was slightly different, even though I thought it was fine, he advised against my buying it because it might not pass the safety inspection that way. Then he made about half a dozen phone calls for me, trying to find another one for me. He found what I needed and gave me directions to get it, which I did (at 4 times his price). Plenty of aloha here! I highly recommend.

The only place out of the 13 calls I made for roadside assistance the day after Thanksgiving that actually answered the phone and had drivers available. The nice young man who came had me up and running quickly. I had a flat tire but am elderly and couldn't lift either one, the flat or the spare.
