Got on their waiting list for parts for my ride. They called within 2 weeks with all my parts and pulled them for me that same day for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend or use dakine again! Cheeehoooo!

Hes cool and I dont know what had happened to Ryan sorry to hear about him and his wife I use to polish his and his brothers valve covers rim's that was good time I use to sand there parts and polish I hope ryan get his job back some day aloha ryan ur friend Rose and Ralphie boy...

Called numerous times asking for a part. They ask for my name, number and what part for what vehicle and they'll call me back. From all those times calling them and hearing them say they'll call me back.... I haven't gotten one call from them which prompted me to just buy a brand new one at am automotive shop.

Bought some tires once. 2 of the tires I bought had holes in sidewalls of which I found out later, returned them they let me exchange it for two others, which also had holes in sidewalls. They do have a sign that mentions check tires so that's on me I guess. Eventually I got one tire. After that whole mess. I tried to get another tire a lil over a month later, I was like maybe they have one now that isn't full of hidden holes. And they would not let me, they said it was over 30 days. And I was like but all the tires I kept buying had holes. They still wouldn't. Was bummed about that, I don't get how the owner couldn't make a exception.I've had good customer service on parts. They searched and let me know if they had or not and gave me a quote.Overall nice place, just lil things here and there that could be improved in regards to how certain things are handled with customer service.I'd up the review rating if I ever get a tire or an explanation of why I couldn't get one :( from the owner.Service: Tire change

I have called numerous times to ask if parts I wanted were in stock. After being on hold for an average of 5 minutes, then told I would receive a phone call back if parts were available. NOT ONE TIME HAVE I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL BACK! NOT ONCE!This past week I called again, with the same results. Then I had my friend, who is a male call for the EXACT SAME PARTS AND WAS TOLD IMMEDIATELY THAT THE PARTS ARE AVAILABLE!So what gives? Does one need to be of the male persuasion to get answers about the availability of parts?

I left after waiting for over an hour for a part to be pulled that I had called about a couple of hours before arriving. I was called the next day to say the part was pulled and that they would need a $20 deposit to hold it until I could pick it up, so I gave them my credit card number. When my partner inspected the part later that day, it was clearly NOT in the condition that the manager described it to me over the phone.We did not purchase the part and I was still charged the $20 deposit! Then they refused to give me a refund based on a policy that was never described to me, and neither did I sign anything to authorize the charge if I had decided to decline the purchase. The manager tried to use the fact that it was an old part on an old car as an excuse for the lack of information given about the nature of the deposit I paid.If I would have known that I would have been charged $20 for labor to pull the part regardless if I ever purchased it, I might not have given him my credit card number. I was really hoping to find a great used car parts place, but unfortunately, my experience was sub-par.
