Edit: McGree Trucking contacted me and corrected the issues I was having with their service.Only half of the time, McGree Trucking picks up my recycle bin although they take my neighbors when mine is right next to theirs. When they only come every other week and they skip a service, my can is now overflowing. When they do pick it up, they throw it on the ground tipped over. I can't justify paying $25 a month for this service, or lack thereof. I have called McGree Trucking with my complaint and was told that they would come back to pick up my can but they never did.

Incredible service during the Greeley Neighborhood cleanup. As we filled the large dumpsters, they were right there to bring empty ones and takeaway the filled dumpsters. Saturday morning, their closed day, one of the workers stopped by to see how full our dumpsters were and left his number so we could call as we filled them.

Doest answer simple questions. Needs some healthy competition.

We have had nothing but trouble with this garbage collecting company in Butte, MT since the very beginning. We have been calling them since it started. They said they would take care of it. The neighbors have to let us put the garbage cans across the street. We have been putting our garbage cans across the alley, as we were told to do, but then the man across the way returns it full. We put it out late Thursday and still it gets returned full. Then we started putting it in the field by the alley and the neighbor next to us puts it up to the next house. So we have to bring it up two houses and across the alley which is ice. My daughter and I both have ataxia and my daughter has bad seizures and we shouldn't have to go up that slippery alley . It isn't even sanded or cleared off. We also have had 3 garbage cans stolen. We were told we can't put our names on the cans and since it is up the alley they get stolen. We can write down the garbage can numbers and call them for a replacement. This 3rd can has not been delivered and so we are forced to take our garbage to the dump. We pay taxes for this service and it is not a good enough service. It makes neighbors that are across the street angry for putting garbage cans across the alley and it is too slippery for either of us to go across. We are both disabled and it is unfair to be telling us that we have to go out early Friday morning to get the garbage cans up the hill so no one will steal them after we drag it out there falling all the way near midnight the Thursday before they come. I wish I could give them zero stars but there isn't one there.

Thank goodness for this company. They are very courteous and conscientious of our needs and service. We have had a one time non pickup and McGree Trucking took care of the issue as soon as I called. Thank you McGree Trucking for your service and great customer care!

We manage over 400 units, if we have any trash can questions, garbage day inquiries, need to have a dumpster emptied before trash day, they easily accommodate our request... Great to work with, overall very satisfied!!!

Dumpster setvice is great. The team is always courteous on the phone, and if you call early enough they can usually take care of you the same day.

Are garbage guys have a hard job that they do great at thanks guys !
