Customer service really bad here. Dude tried to stay with my $50 of change saying I gave him a lower bill. Then 2 weeks later I still have the part I paid for because of a forklift problem they’ve been having for over a week.

Very happy with Joe at the counter but not happy with my overall first experience buying parts here. I ordered an alternator for a Honda accord that was hit and that's to be expected but when they pulled the alternator from the car no one cared to simply look at the connector that was clearly broken off along with not simply spinning it to make sure its not seized in any direction before having me pick it up. I paid for it in advance and came in to grab it last minute before closing and didn't notice until I got back to my shop. Id like to get my money back but honestly just so disappointed in the lack of simple communication from a business

First we called for a part and the person who answered the call asked us to go for it. We told him we are coming From an hour away and he said he was gonna give us a little discount for that reason. We drove there and Joe initially said he wasn’t going to be able to take it out that same day N we would have to come back for it. He complained that the price he gave us was too low to get some to work on it. I ended up paying him the full price agreeing that he would start working on it immediately. He said he was gonna call us to when the part is ready. I Came back an hour late, he said half an hour. I THen went to restaurant eat and came back an hour later and he said very soon. I can see the car still hanging and no one is working on it. I have been waiting for it. It’s 2:36 now and arrived here before 11 . While waiting, decided to share my experience.Thanks for reading

Expect to be mislead and given the runaround all while being overcharged.... and best of all confirm the item is onsite otherwise you should not expect it in a timely manner. Joe is probably the most two faced salesperson you can come across after the money grab expect nothing but problems.

I was trying to get the most economical fix for a car and this place was straight up the best prices, even for parts they needed to order. They were fast, efficient and always helpful when I called (and I called A LOT). Joe in sales was top notch in customer service and Ray in the back was incredibly helpful finding the parts and tying the stuff down in the truck. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to buy reasonable auto parts.

Purchased an alternator from their Ebay store which is supposed to have a return policy supplemented with a 6 month money back guarantee. No where in the ad did it mention that the alternator was damaged. I did not realize that the connector to the alternator was broken until I tried to install it in my car and the return policy had lapsed. I contacted Michaelson Parts through their ebay account and was told they had sold the part so cheap because it was damaged and there was nothing they could do for me. I disputed this, since im not a mind reader, if the damage is not stated in the ad and there is no pictures how am I supposed to know? Then they offered to replace it for me. I was told it would be mailed out tomorrow, I waited and waited no alternator came. I contacted them again through ebay and nobody responded, I waited another week and contacted them again on ebay and nobody responded again. I waited another week and called their store and was told it would be shipped out tomorrow, I waited and waited again and no alternator showed up, I called again and was put on hold, a week later I called again and an individual by the name of Joe told me if I wanted to be pushy they would just keep the money and not send me another alternator either. I was polite but this was the last straw, I contacted my credit card company which processed a charge back. Take your business elsewhere, these people are selling subpar damaged parts and are not true to their word. Its too bad I already left a good feedback on their ebay account, I will see if if I can revise it somehow.
