Reasonably well organized. Free registration required but there is a small fee to enter. We were provided a list with a dozen or so possible locations for the parts we needed. We brought back the part we replaced to receive their "core charge" refund. A kind of warranty is included but I believe you can opt out. Staff was friendly and helpful.
