After being in an accident, the cops had my car towed due to bad tires. Mohawk was the closest to the scene of the accident. The tow truck driver was very friendly and answered all my questions. He willingly brought us back to the garage along with the car. There they searched for a pair of used tires to put on my car. He told me they would be very cheap and it would also be very cheap to put the tires on my car. Unfortunately, they didn't have any that were the size I needed. Although, they were very helpful in telling us where to buy the tires. They stayed open later than they would have to put the tires on my car. They were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend them when needing a tow!

I used my AAA service for the first time. My truck was in a really awful position. My transmission was not working. The tow driver was pleasant. Very fast and diligent. If I had more money on me I would have tipped him more. Great service.

They get business from the city of North Adams towing cars, and the city of North Adams doesn't always follow the hours they post for when they start projects. Don't give them business if you don't have to.
