Complete waste of time! The girl on the phone didn't even know what she was talking about or what kind of metal they took. She said they only took certain types of copper. I have NEVER heard of a scrap metal/metal salvaged/recycling place ever NOT taking all metals??? Just lost my business. I have a TON of different types of metal to recycle. But it's okay, I will just give it to Jay's. Do not waste your time with this place, not worth it, and the girl on the phone was not even CLOSE to being customer friendly. Thank you for showing your true colors so I did not make the trip and waste even more of my valuable time. Have a great weekend!

I called to ask what they were paying for clean aluminum and they quoted me $.18 a pound. I get there and unloaded after weighing in. Weight on the way out and was handed a recipe for the weight and the amount paid at $.15. I argued to no avail. They suggested I load my material back up if didn'taccept their price.These people are a bunch of thieves. That'll be the last time I set foot on this business.

Please don't do business here this place has a horrible employees those ladies are rude and useless. I called ahead to get my order ready before closing time and when I got there they still didn't had it ready and I was unable to buy anything from them. If I was the owner I would fire them because it was a $400 transaction that they missed out.

First time there. Had a party and had two and half bags of cans. They were very friendly and helpful. AAwird of advise to those leaving nasty remarks here or anywhere!!! If you are an SOB when you get there...Yup they are going to react alike. No one likes to be treated bad, so why do you? Common sense!!!! What ever is itching your sore side, don't take out on other people!

This review is for the females working at the front office. They are terrible: racist, mean and disrespectful. We went in and got a piece of tin metal roll from the scrap in the back. When we first asked we were told it’s 0.30 per LB. Then one of those females started speaking in Spanish to me. When I said I don’t speak spanish, she started speaking a storm to the others. Next thing she told me is to go outside to pay. I told her that the man told me to come in and pay inside since it’s a card not cash. So she gives me the ugly look. She then tells me that it’s 0.70 per LB. I asked why would they raise they price when they just told me it’s 0.30. She said it’s 0.70. Don’t take it if you don’t like it. The moral of the story is that they sell it at one price for their people and another price for non Hispanics!!!!Where is the management of this place? Please put your females at the office on a leash!!!
