Eddie and Octavio are REAL LIFESAVERS! Eddie initially towed me off the side of the highway. I was a woman, alone, and he made me feel safe and that everything was going to work out, which it did. While at first I thought, what? two me to his friend's place -- this sounds sketchy, I decided to trust. TRUST. Morgan Towing and Octavio Sanchez are honest, insightful and know their cars! Furthermore, they just don't make mechanics and business people like this anymore. If you want hard-working, reliable folk to save your car, Octavio and Eddie are the JAM to get you out of a jam! Made arrangements for after hours pick up at extra fee and they did not show up. This business has made extreme effort to delay the redemption of the vehicle to increase storage fees. I believe they are trying to run fees up because they want to keep my son's vehicle. They yell at us on the phone and hang up on us. I think they try to take advantage of out of state drivers and find it incredible that Sheriff calls them for impounds.

Our limousine suddenly stopped running and had to be towed to an authorized limo repair facility. Our insurance company sent a totally inept (and very scary) tow company that shall remain nameless. The second company sent a driver who was brilliant (he was the one who diagnosed the problem as being the fuel pump inside the gas tank), but he did not have the correct set up to safely handle our 120" stretched Lincoln.Driver #2 recommended Morgan's and they arrived in 35 minutes with a special tow truck and dolly set up. I believe the driver's name was Eddie (I lost his card). He was very careful with my limo (my whole business was riding on his abilities). Took great pains to fit everything tightly without damaging paint or trim.He even stopped after the first mile to ensure all the connections were solid and secure. Watching him maneuver this awkward combination into the narrow back alley of the repair facility in Woodland (Thank You Auto Diesel Tech!) was like watching one of the Rose Parade floats make that sharp turn in Pasadena.Morgan's rate was so reasonable, that my insurance company called me to confirm that the amount I submitted for reimbursement was 100% of the bill.Hope I never need them again, but soooo glad to know they are there if I do.Susan Lundquist

I whent to get my car that same day and he dident even attende to me he told me to came back the next day like he don't make money Dident even help a brother out

Said he’d be 20 minutes over an hour later no phone call or Reply and never showed up. We ended having to call another towing service

He was terrible he took my car without my consent and lied to me about how much it would be so he could take it to his yard do EVER recommend him to ANYONE

DO NOT CALL.! Eddie is an unprofessional liar. Set a time for pickup and he never showed up. Called to find out what happened and he was rude and hung up on me. They obviously don't care about their name so why would they care about your vehicle?
