Helped me find the correct part for my vehicle and unfortunately because of shipping, the part was damaged and Alex did everything in his power to make things right. You just don’t see this type of customer service anymore where people actually care about their customers. Will definitely be doing business with in the future.

When our son’s vehicle was totaled out and sent to Morrison’s by our insurance company, we realized we didn’t get the license plates off the vehicle. I called and spoke with Tom to see if he could recover the plates. Not only did Tom locate the vehicle and get the plate, he also retrieved a couple other personal items. Tom then went above and beyond by offering to mail us these items, so we didn’t have to drive over an hour. Thank you for the excellent service!

I have been a customer of Morrison's now for 15 yrs. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of parts. My salesman Mr. Will has provided me with the best service one can only hope for elsewhere . Mr.Will even dropped off a part personally at my shop, that I desperately needed. That commitment is extremely rare and hard to find these days. Keep up the good work ! Drove round trip of 1 hr. Entered reception area and a lady was helping a gentleman. Next to her was a bearded guy on the computer. I waited patiently for 5-8 min. Then he asked what I needed, as I needed a no longer manufactured bolt for a control arm. I could tell by his demeanor I was intruding with whatever he had going on. The guy respond “no, no I can’t help you with that, sorry!” I could of called by phone and got that answer.I specifically drove to Morrison’s due to needing an odd part. Frustrating on my behalf, I will not be returning unless I’m in dire strait need for a part. Again. All I needed was a bolt.

They ended up having the best price on a couple of parts and were also quick to help with a issue

I had the best experience with this company. I called about the used part that I wanted, before I ordered it online. When answering my questions the gentleman on the phone was very professional, friendly and honest.The used part that I ordered was a, right passenger, headlight for my 2010 Mazda 6. The price was $150, which was unbelievable reasonable, considering other websites wanted double that price for the same quality. The part arrived the next day; with standard shipping. I purchased a ABS pump for a Mazda 5 from Morrison. Their excellent web site and connection with Google let me know they had what I needed with an internet search. The web site was easy to use and very informative even though it was a one-of-a-kind product. They had to cusomize the written information which I'm sure takes a considerable amount of time. It was easy to pay from their website. They delivered it quickly and packaged it for protection of the product during shipping. The product was exactly as promised and works great.

I am changing this review. I did have a few not so good experiences a few years ago however recently it seems like they are working harder to make things better. The wait time had been much better and some members of the staff have been willing to go out of their way to make sure I got the right part. Thank you to them
