They brought out unnecessary equipment (a second flatbed truck after already determining that it was not capable of getting the job done), tried to charge for even more unnecessary equipment (a medium class towing truck, when a light duty was more than enough to fulfill the job of towing the car), and tried to charge for a third driver who was not even there.Because of these false and unneeded attempts to charge more money, AAA would not cover the trip and I was forced to leave my car in the middle of the desert until I could contact a reliable company who could get the job done without trying to screw me out of all my money.

They will keep your vehicle as long as they can And all they have to say is "It's not my job". If you have an opportunity to go somewhere else, do it. One Star is too much for them.
