Unserviced toilets and constant billing discrepancies caused us to replace all of Mountain Waste’s services on all of our construction sites. Native Waste has been spectacular for dumpster service and has much better pricing. Colorado Site Services has been amazing for temporary restroom rental. This is THE company to use for trash removal and recycling in the valley. I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. When I originally moved down valley, I opted for a larger, well-known company. Well this other company never showed up with my cans a MONTH into me paying for and ordering from them and after multiple phone calls, still nothing. So I decided to call Mountain Waste & Recycling. They answered the phone immediately, were so polite, had my cans to my house THE SAME DAY and they were more affordable than the "big" company. I love them! Mountain waste is who we use for our trash service. Lately I have been having a lot of health issues and forgot to take my completely full trash to the curb yesterday. I have a big family and that would have left us with trash up to our eyeballs the next week if not for the gentleman who walked all the way up my driveway and got our trash for us. It's little acts of kindness like that that make the world a better place, he didn't have to do that.. Thanks for hiring stand up people Mountain Waste! You've got a customer for life.

This is the most inept company I have ever dealt with. We used their trash and recycle removal service for several months. During this time, they picked up only sporadically and usually only after I called to tell them no one showed up on our scheduled day. The billing was incorrect and took several calls to remedy. Even after we discontinued their service, we had to make several calls to get the cans removed. They would schedule the removal but not show up.

Why do they charge triple what everyone charges? When I called to cancel and pay my remainder they told me I was completely caught up And I had no balance.And the bills started coming ever since. And phone calls every day for a couple weeks.called back several times and never answer.makes me sad I paid $$$$ so long for nothing special.I urge you to use VIP.

The stuff at Mountain Waste are wonderful! They take there time, offer support and are always willing to listen. I would use them again and again! From customer service, management, sales, dispatch, maintenance, drivers and helpers they for sure know what they are doing! Great group of people!

NO INTEGRITY! Worst trash service ever. We have been customers for more than a decade (was MRI) and trash pickup is a hit and miss. Trash can is Always out in front, so no excuses. MRI was great, then they changed to this company. Our driver comes one week, then not the next. This company wont credit our account, just takes drivers word he showed up. So we pay for a non-pickup. After 4 times of non-pickup in the last few months and no credit, we have told them to discontinue our service. The last time I was working from home, watched all day out the big window and driver never came. They never keep their word. They were supposed to pick up the can 4-17. Oh, surprise it's still sitting in the driveway and it's the 20th! My new trash service delivered cans on a Saturday and is half the price. No customer service or integrity to make things right, keep backing your lying employee who fessed up once to you, as customers discontinue their services and you don't care they have been a great paying account never being late not once!

I have been a customer for 7 weeks now. I pay for waste and recycling pickup. Trash gets picked up every week, recycling has not been picked up once without me calling. I have called 7 times to tell them that they didn't pickup the recycling and every week they have send another truck out after trash day to get it and tell me that it will be picked up on time next week.Giving two stars because they have been very friendly and apologetic on the phone, but the problem never gets fixed.

I've been using Mtn Waste for about 15 years and nothing but praise ! Professionalism with outstanding customer service. Ease of understanding invoicing and consistency with their service. Never an issue with special requests in addition to to their ethical means of donating/discounting their services for fund raisers. Would not hesitate recommending this company to anyone !

Mountain Waste delivered 16 Port A Potties to our campus at the last minute due to an emergency we had. The driver showed up on his day off and went above and beyond what was expected. The service both at the office and on site was amazing. Thanks, Bo
