Charged a $11.50 late fee for....$11 past due ( all other fees paid) Rep on the phone told me they would remove the charge and didn’t. Then I get a $56 bill for reinstatement for not paying the $11late fee (that they told me were going to take off) if you don’t want my business, just flat out tell me. There are 3 other providers that would love to have my business

Absolutely the most inconsistent service I have ever experienced from a company EVER. They change your trash day without notice, or they simply don't show up. They could show up first thing in the morning or at 7pm, no schedule whatsoever. So many problems it's baffling.Picking up trash shouldn't be this complicated.
