Very dishonest company with no integrity. In 2016, I purchased a TR6060 transmission for $1,980 that they had claimed was a fully remanufactured transmission from the Shelby Racing school. This transmission is just one piece in the hundreds of parts I purchased for a full pro-street, show car Mustang build. It sat in my garage on the pallet for the next few years. My entire build is documented, with thousands of photos, videos, blogs, social media, etc, and this year, we finally got it running, only to find the 4th gear synchro is entirely worn. So now, all of the custom turbo plumbing, bracing, and painted interior console has to be removed to pull the transmission and send it out for a rebuild. When I informed them of the problem, they said that they were told it was rebuilt. That is a far cry from assuring it was fully remanufactured, in which case had I known it was hearsay, I would not have purchased it. Rather than open a suit for full damages of install, removal, rebuild, and install, I asked them to simply refund the difference in price of what a broken transmission would have sold for. They denied it, so I again tried to work with them kindly and asked that they merely cover the blown synchro repair cost. Again they denied it, stating that it is outside of warranty. For any that may not be aware, full builds like this take massive amounts of time, and this is not an unusual situation. Many companies will work with you, and warranty coverage is most often from time of use, rather than a big box store for consumer parts that is from date of purchase. I had stacks of boxes and parts, motor, etc all on standby throughout parts of this process, and all the manufacturers, resellers, and 14 sponsors worked with me knowing the situation. The root of this problem is that they lied. This is a direct reflection on character and lack of integrity, and it is not prudent to trust business owners that behave this way.

I wanted the one I picked and no one pitched a fit or was grumpy, not even a little and it was hot af in that yard.I know I will be back and I will be happy-is h to give them some more of my money bc they are nice people with all the parts my bf needs for his car. MPS has not let me down ever! I am always calling about discontinued and hard to find parts, and every time I do they have it on hand. Their prices are beyond reasonable, and the parts are always clean and free of defects. They ship everything unbelievably quickly. Ive never had a bad experience with a salesperson there, but I highly recommend speaking with Jerry, he is very knowledgeable and personable. Thanks MPS!

Rebuilt my 83 GT Turbo last year and ordered two doors from MPS. Good price and were here in less than a,week. Obviously used doors aren't new doors but the shop I used had them looking like new after they were stripped and painted. Very happy with the rust free quality. Thanks again Mps. Phil L.

I'm a repeat business Customer of MPS Auto Salvage so this review has some depth behind it. I've used MPS for Engine and engine parts over the past few years. I've purchased three separate motors from them now. I bought my most recent motor from them this past March, however I was able to get to getting the car running until early September. The motor test fired fine and without a tune I didn't want to run it much. Fast forward to October, close to getting the car on the ground and on a trailer to my tuner I fired it back up and let it run for a few minutes. After I'd say ten minutes in total the motor started to develop a knock and i checked the coolant to find oil mixing in.I was naturally devastated by this after spending so much time with on it. However I thought to myself, being a repeat Customer MPS would hear me out as this motor only ran for ten minutes even though I was outside their 90 day warranty period. I called Bryan down at MPS on the following Monday to let him know, he was excited to hear from me at first until I told him about the motor issue. He immediately said he was on it and would talk with Robbie, who I assume is the owner. Four days later, no call from Robbie. No real words from Bryan aside from the motor ran when it left and they knew it was an "awesome" motor, per the prior owner. So essentially they're taking the word of whomever they bought the car off of vs their Customer. (A Customer who has been purchasing for years)MPS will be your best friend during the sale process but apparently don't care after that. I'm highly disappointed in the customer service. I told them to just let me know either way and I can't even get a call back. I am giving them a two star rating vs a one star rating because I have had good luck with the first two and the service was great when buying. However this customer service experience has soured everything. I'll consider other options going forward when looking for motors or parts.

Purchased a mid pipe for my 03 mustang, was in a bassani box, with the part number i wanted. Turned out its a fake mid-pipe cross-over x, with unknown cats, had two sets of delete tubes, so i got an off brand cheap crap mid pipe for close to new price. Not the only bad experience I or someone else had with MPS. Never again.
