the owner rips people off all the time, I went in there and left some candy there one day on accident I came back the next day and it was in his own bowl, I put the candy in my pocket and he comes out and kicks me I've been bullied my whole life in that sparked some memories and brought back depression I used to work for this man and he is always ripping people off. he doesn't know how to talk to people and I don't think anybody should buy anything from him because of the person he is

Quick and easy! Called to turn in a car and they picked it up within a couple days. They were really nice over the phone and the gentlemen that came to the house was even friendlier. As for the process of turning in a car, it's the easiest part. Just have your title ready and they take care of the rest. I would highly recommend based off my experience.

They were friendly but not very efficient. Called ahead for 2 side mirrors and was told they had them. But when we got there they had neither parts. Wasted an hour of my day

Horrible staff and shady business practice just look up the hall of shame report done by rob wolchek on this place if you want to know how they really operate. There’s a reason they changed their name from discount auto salvage to “ friendly auto salvage” . All the five star reviews are bs, there’s a reason why there’s five star reviews and one star. The one star reviews are legit, do some research on this place before you spend your hard earned money with these crooks.

Place is under new owners. I called asked if they had a window for my truck and they did. Walked in asked for it that said 10–15 min and it will be pulled. Not even 5 minutes later it was at the counter with all the bolts to put it in. Definitely going back because they are really under new owners.

As I am walking out of this place I am writing this. Unprofessional and rude staffing, they agree on one price and then bullying you down so they pay you less. A $100 dollars that you cut me off, would not make you rich, but does mean a lot to a student. Buying or Selling? Stay away from this place.

Great new management! The new owners are very nice and the prices are very affordable! All the parts I have gotten have been in great condition. $20 for a new tire and $8 to mount you can't beat that! I just met the owner Nick today and he was very nice and knowledgeable. And the employees are great!! I highly recommend using this Salvage yard for your car parts!
