I called about a company forklift being stuck. I was told they were about 45 minutes out and they got here in 35. The driver was very kind and patient with me, as I was on the phone with a customer when he arrived. Took him about 5-10 minutes in total from arrival to get the lift unstuck. We will be using Mr. Wrecker in the future exclusively for any further issues and I had such a good experience I will be using them if I have any personal accidents as well. Definitely recommend.

I had a mishap with a pothole earlier today and called my insurance company's roadside assistance. Within an hour of placing the call, I was able to get a Mr. Wrecker out to my location. The gentleman driving the truck, whose name I did not get unfortunately, was understanding of my situation and very courteous. We had a good laugh about the whole ordeal...and when you live in Michigan a pothole will get you sooner or later! I will be using Mr. Wrecker for any future incidents or roadside assistance, 5/5 stars in my book. Thank you for being accommodating and helpful when I needed it the most!

My wife had a flat tire and called for roadside assistance from my insurance. They sent Gary from Mr Wrecker. He was fast, very nice, and did the job right.

Had my exhaust fall off in a place that left my vehicle unable to be driven home to Gwinn. Gave these folks a call, and the guy who helped out was professional and accommodating enough to tow my car right to my home address for me. The price was very reasonable. If I ever have to call for a tow again, I'm calling Mr. Wrecker!

I thought for sure our van was permanently stuck in ruts in the woods. They responded quickly, were very friendly and clearly have experience with tricky situations. I am so grateful they were able to get our van free! They will be my first choice if we have another situation.
