Maybe I am biased but…I work here going on almost a year now. We have limited staff due to the pandemic, but I feel like we have a really good team, getting through each day helping each other and others, even if it’s not the job title we have. Best job I’ve ever had and I adore my coworkers. When My family asked me to move back home I couldn’t bring myself to leave because of this job and who I work with and the people ive gotten to know through being a driver with NAPA

Use to always prefer Napa as my one place to trust buying parts for whatever my car needs, seems some parts were direct from the Manufacturer. not anymore! A year ago I bought the air filter for a car and it was in sale thinking I was getting a smashing deal, I bought it, opened it to find the cheap $10 one you can snag at Walmart. But seeing how I paid less than what Walmart sold it for, i’d let it slide.Well maybe that was a warning, and I chose to ignore it.I bought a battery on July 27th 2020 for a car, I bought it knowing it was more expensive than competitors in town, but I liked the warranty attached (24 months) Well 6 months later the battery is shot, and they want original sales receipt before they will warranty the battery. forget I can see the charge on my bank statement, It's the only thing I bought from Napa in the past year (or longer), and forget the manufacture date on the battery is from April of 2020, and forget the top of battery being marked when it was purchased. And to add insult to injury I can't even log into my online account to see if it shows on there. Done everything I can think of to reset the password but the account is now locked, the icing on the cake with that is I regularly get NAPA’s weekly ads but have yet to get the email to reset my password. When you consider that every one of NAPA’s competitors will record your info and if you have any issues in the warranty period you just need to show up with the battery and tell them your name.I have called customer service twice now and have not heard a single word back.So jumpstarting a car every day isn't my idea of fun, with that in mind, Today I made two pledges.1. I made a monetary pledge to another business for a car battery I need.2. I pledge to NEVER buy or recommend NAPA AUTO PARTS for auto needs especially anything with a warranty. All this just has a very negative tone so I suppose I'll add a positive to all of this:I'm positive NAPA must be going out of business with how much of a pain it is to even get a response on my warranty issue.Even a response of “no” is better than not responding at all.And I have a working battery for my car finally.

7 months ago I wrote a review on Napa. Since then I feel like they have stepped it up some and still lack in places. The store is always clean and organized. The people are friendly BUT there is a but, they never call me when my part is in! We have to call n ask. Don't tell me you're going to call me when it's in if you're not going to. They almost always have my part or able to order it. So thank you for that! We love nonetheless!

I like NAPA parts and have good luck with them, but this store seems to be hard to deal with. Sometimes they can't seem to find parts in their computer that I can find on the Napa online site. One time I ordered parts online for pickup and no one was at the counter. It's hit or miss so be prepared to go elsewhere if you can't get service or they can't find your part.

Went to store to get an item by the foot was told they didnt have it, went out to car ordered it for curbside pick, they had it. Maybe some of the staff dont realize we can check the stock of items at each location and that's why I went to that store not the hardware store that was suggested. GGRRRR
