Came thru with parts in a pinch! Traveling from Denver thru Moab, Byrce, Page Az, to Grand Canyon when rented RV battery failed. Service Rep Rick took our call, found the RV battery needed and made the process very easy. Flagstaff NAPA was an unplanned stop but very necessary- we had not turned off the RV(precautionary) for about 6 hrs straight …including diesel fill ups. Thank you Rick! We made it to Grand Canyon and talked to many of the RV service providers you recommended.Battery was replaced at our camping ground the next morning.

Probably one of the most helpful auto parts store I've been to. I have a 40 ft RV schooly conversion and it's very important that the parts that I put in are going to last and don't fail me when I'm on the road as it could cost me thousands of dollars. I had a lot of shops giving me problems buying new batteries and not finding the quality that I needed.Railin One of the managers here went above and beyond to help answer my questions to make sure that I was going to be in good shape. Also another thing about this store is it's a regional warehouse so they have most parts that other places don't. Great job guys hope to see you when I'm back in Flagstaff.

I went into this store last week and was helped by Aarin, he was incredibly kind and informative. He came out to my truck to help test my batteries and took the time to answer my questions in regard to a new diesel. Everyone who was there was incredibly professional and helpful. Thanks guys.

Amazing customer service. 21 degrees out and the staff came outside to clean off my windshield and top off wiper fluid. They even gave helpful tips about where to ride mountain bikes (once it warms up). Great folks!

My car’s battery died on me and after calling a couple of places, Napa had the one I needed in stock. I got my car jumped and quickly headed over. Customer service here is top-notch! Harry helped me to get the battery compatible with my car and a couple of extras to help prevent corrosion- he even came out into the snow to remove my old battery and install the new one for me! (Which was lucky for me since I had no tools to do the job myself).

I’m going to miss this NAPA in flagstaff when I leave town, truly the most helpful auto parts store I’ve ever been to. Matthew has helped me out on two separate occasions and has been incredibly respectful and knowledgeable. They’ve helped me save so much money while keeping my old van on the road. Harry helped us out the other day. He was super helpful! He showed us how to place the tire chains on the sample tire in the store so we were able to place ours without a problem. Very friendly staff, clean store, great advice!

I came in over the weekend to get new windshield wipers. Harry helped me out and gave excellent customer service. He found me the best quality wipers at the best price. In the past, I've struggled to change my blades, often having to look for a YouTube video to help me. Without any prompt, Harry came out to my car and replaced both of them for me. Thank you! The gentleman that replaced my battery was very polite and very helpful. He installed the battery for me. It was so nice to not have to climb on a ladder to replace it myself.

You have a new loyal customer. My intent was to run in and buy an air-freshener because when I turned the heater on (for the first time this winter) i was getting a musty smell. Harry suggested I might want to change my filter (fix the problem rather than cover it up). He confirmed he had one in stock AND then went online and showed me a video on how to install it.To my surprise, Harry offered to run out to the parking lot and do it for me. Talk about taking customer service to the next level! In a matter of 5-minutes he had the old one out and the new one in place. I wish I carried cash on me so I could give him a tip. I hope this review can at least encourage others to shop at Napa and make to ask for Harry!
